This review is long overdue. I used Today's Limousine for a Bachelor party in Late August. Carl(our driver)picked us up in Vermont- and took us to Saratoga for Travers Day. Carl was a true professional and super receptive to all of our needs. Through the entire process- the company was professional/straightforward and easy to work with. I used Today's Limousine for a Ladies event on a Saturday afternoon. Everyone at the company was helpful and pleasant and flexible as I planned the event and waffled on time, drop-off location, and intermediate stops.  We had a loosely structured afternoon that involved being driven around to various activities around the capitol district.Shane showed up promptly at my house with the sparkling clean limo ready to go.  It took a few minutes to get the stereo system hooked up to our cell phone account, but that was the only hiccup.  He was courteous, professional, and fun.  He went out of his way to accommodate our trip requests, including driving across dirt roads and soccer fields to get us to the Oktoberfest.  He also skillfully opened champagne bottles for us, took group photos, and generally made sure things went smoothly.I checked prices at three companies - one was quite a bit more expensive and the other never responded to my queries. I recently used Today's Limousine shuttle service to JFK. The shuttle service is excellent and we had the fortune to go to JFK in the stretch limo, a great experience. When arriving at JFK, I realized I had brought the wrong passport. Today's limousine went above and beyond by calling up another driver to rush my correct passport from Albany to JFK in less than 3 hours, saving my business trip. I rented the Mercedes Sprinter for my 35th birthday. We went to Turning Stone Casino for a ladies night and it was an awesome experience. Our driver was Aaron and he was great. He drove efficiently and safely and was also very helpful and attentive. The vehicle is beautiful and is equipped with dvd and a great sound system. The vehicle included champagne, soda and water. The sprinter is nice because we could walk around inside due to the height. There were also tables for eating which made it easier to enjoy lunch and cake. I would like to say thank you to the folks at Today's Limousine, but especially to Wayne for the great service this past Saturday Night May 27th. Wayne was very professional and accommodating from the moment he arrived to pick us up. I booked the largest Party Bus they had for my Wife's Birthday to handout with some family and friends. From even just the call to let me know he had arrived, he made sure to take care of what we needed. We rode to Lake George from Troy and back down later that night. Wayne gave a smooth and also safe ride up and down the Northway. I booked a limo for my Daughters 21st Birthday and it was the best thing ever. I wanted my Daughter and her friends to have a great time but I also wanted them to be safe. All of them newly 21, I felt that having a paid DD was the smartest way to go. I threw a "pre-game"cocktail party at my home and then Patrick took them out on the town. My daughter said that he was fun and very attentive! He delivered all the "kids" safe (and very drunk) back to my home after 4 hours. I took over from there. LOL My Daughter had the BEST birthday and I was able to relax and know that she was safe as she partied! I would highly recommend this plan and highly recommend the team at Today's Limo!! One star: Shuttle bus to cruise in NYC consisted of 10 passenger van with 10 people packed in and suitcases to ceiling of van, not what I was expecting from a company that has given us such great service before. This was the first time I've ever used a car service in my adult life and I have to say, it was a wonderful experience.  I held my sister's bachelorette party a few weeks ago and we booked a 14-person SUV limousine. Ballin'! Champagne on ice, water, hook-ups to use your phone to listen to tunes... Best service from initial quote request to drop off at the end of our event. Had trouble finding available limos due to prom and Today's limo was the only company that was super helpful and responsive, calling me as soon as they had a cancellation! 4/16/16, so impressed with the first time we used them, we got a super stretch for a night on the town. We used Today's Limousine yesterday to take our Mother/ Grandma, to NYC from Niskayuna, for a show and dinner to celebrate her 80th birthday.  We  could not have been more impressed with their service.  We used the 8 passenger Mercedes Sprinter.  It was beautiful, clean and extremely comfortable.  Our driver, Rick, arrived early and  made sure that  we were all comfortable and settled before leaving.  He drove us door to door arriving 15 minutes before the show, which was perfect.  Our mother was able to get right out of the van and into the show with only a few steps between the van and the door.  Rick arrived back as the show ended and brought us right to the restaurant and arrived outside the restaurant after our dinner to bring us home.  It alleviated all of the stress of getting in and out of the city and allowed us to just enjoy celebrating this special occasion together.  Rick was so kind, courteous and friendly and his professionalism was very appreciated.  Using Today's Limousine was the best decision we could have made to make our day the wonderful memory that it was for all of us. After my initial phone conversation with Today's, I was more than impressed. They were able to accommodate exactly what I wanted and needed. Our driver, Joe Marando, was on time and such a gentleman. He carried out my heavy wedding gown to the car and helped all the girls with their bags. After getting us all settled in he took us from Schenectady to my venue, The Old Daley Inn on Crooked Lake in Averill Park. Upon arrival, Joe again carried my gown inside and hung it up for me. Joe then turned around and went to pick up the guys to bring them there as well. He was perfectly on time and professional for both transports. After the reception Joe came back for us and even went inside the venue to get our boxes and load them in the car. I feel that Joe went above and beyond the call of duty and was a great person to deal with on a very exciting and nerve racking day! I can't thank him and Today's enough! More...

We got a 10 passenger limo as a surprise for my sons first concert.... We had 3 adults and 5 children.... Limo was early, which i expected him to be late as my house is near impossible to find, very impressed. ... Our driver, Dame, offered to help us carry things to the limo that we were taking, he drove very responsibly, was not bothered by the kids talking his ear off or singing very loudly. We went to dinner before concert and he was back out front to pick us up within seconds of us letting him know we were done. Same with after concert. We used Today's Limo years ago for our wedding. They did a fine job although they might want to consider something than the absolute cheapest rose champagne to ride along with the bride as I can see that ending in dress disaster. We left our wedding in the 1931 Buick which was fun. The ride was as old as the car though so keep that in consideration of you want to take it, shorter distances are best for sure.Pricing was fair.We are using them for an upcoming event, will update.
