The cappuccino with pumpkin spice was excellent. It was nice and toasty hot! I had the blueberry pecan pancakes with real 100% maple syrup. Ok, this place stinks.  Too many delicious sounding things on the menu and I had to narrow it down.    Then the server Taylor came over.  Oh sure, be nice to us and attentive.    Real nice trick you have going on there.My wife and I ordered .   Blueberry pecan pancakes for her and the splendid Benedict for me.  Disgusting...  ly  good.  Like amazing.    Best pancakes I have had.  And fried avocado with egg?  Really?  Damn.  Actually amazing choice.You win this round, Toast coffeehouse, but I will return to fight again!!! I've been to Toast in both Port Jeff and Patchogue many times. It's always good. Consistently delicious. I enjoy ordering different things from the menu. I'm never disappointed. I am currently on competition prep and I needed to have a business lunch at an establishment that could help me track exactly what I was eating down to the gram.  I went in and spoke to the manager, Andre, and not only was he receptive and able to make my meal happen exactly the way I needed it, he made sure it wasn't weird and awkward during the ordering process.  He let our server know that I would be placing a special order so I was able to just write everything down on a post it.  Also, they have a LOT of macro friendly options, so if you are on IIFYM or competition prep and need to have a meal out, I highly recommend Toast! Consistently great, even though we arrived at noon, way too late for a Sunday seating. The wait for a table for two was only 10 minutes but we opted for the bar. Toa got it down. Drinks, special orange Coconut Bellini, substantial and the Sriracha shrimp Bloody Mary, a meal in itself.  Against my better judgement, as I'm not partial to cooked avocado, I ordered the Splendid Benedict with avocado fritter.  They had me at fritter and I was not disappointed.  My husband had the Pork Belly Benedict. I asked if he enjoyed it. "Oh God, yeah".  Some like the Port Jeff location better; it's smaller and more cozy. I enjoy the spaciousness of this Patchogue location. This place is, by and large, the best breakfast establishment I've gone to in Long Island--period!The service is extraordinary; folks are super polite and attentive. As a side story on service, I'm not sure if he still works there but there is this waiter who -- I kid you not -- is a freakin replica of James Franco! LOL I forgot his name but you can't miss him. We told him too and said he gets that all the time. He was super cool and chill, which, story aside, makes me think that management cares about who they hire; there has not been a single person that never feels like the wrong fit.The food is very tasty and the mimosas are just dynamite! Brunch at it's best. What a smorgasbord we had! We split the avocado toast, which comes with potatoes. It was good. I thought it was a solid B+ avocado toast. The bread was too thick for my liking and I thought a little more onion would have been nice. But all in all...delightful. Then we tried the apple cider french toast. Oh my! I thought I had plopped my butt down in an apple orchard in Mattituck! It was delicious. And then...the corned beef hash. What a tasty concoction they have come up with. I will definitely be back! This place was fantastic! They have a decent size menu. My husband is on a "diet" and he was able to get something delicious too, not just plain old boring egg whites, so we were both really happy. The chicken and waffles were delicious. The chicken is sliced thin and not overly breaded and not oily at all. The waffles were light and crispy. The place is uniquely decorated and whimsical. The wait was really long and the service was meh but the food was sooooo good. The iced latte with dolce was just okay but the splendid eggs benedict was amazing. Strap on your Uggs and yoga pants and come down Toast Coffeehouse. Hella long line? Make a Res on your phone before you show up so you don't have to stand long.  No need to stop by Starbucks on the way over. Toast has all the best coffee flavors and OMG, they are so delish. I came here for brunch with my friends. The food was great, and the staff was friendly and attentive.
