What do you love most about your job?
Ministry, Real Estate and Coaching all have one thing in common...people. I love to interact with and help people as they walk through life and some of their biggest decisions. I love being their fan, advocate, sounding board, guide, and sometimes agitator to help them as they make important life decisions and move forward, whatever that looks like for them!
What inspired you to start your own business?
My entire adult life I've been an independent Contractor...so even as a pastor working at a specific church, I have always been my own boss at the end of the day. I like the flexibility that gives me to love on and be with my family while also allowing me to step into the lives of others at important moments and walk with them for a season, however long that season may be.
Why should our clients choose you?
Well, I think it's important first to understand that we choose each other. Just because someone wants to work with me doesn't mean I'll work with them! Fit is important, and if I am going to coach or counsel or consult with, I want to ensure we are on the same page as to what the goal and roles are, as well as the expectations. Also, I want people to understand at the end of the day that I can't and won't make them do anything, but they are paying me ultimately to be a guide, support, confidant and sounding board, but change is always up to them. If that is understood, then I think people who appreciate honesty, integrity, experience and compassion...with an edge... would enjoy working with me as they grow.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Yes. For those in the Northern Kentucky or Cincy Metro area we can schedule live in person if needed, but the vast majority of sessions will be via zoom. This allows for the sessions to be recorded and shared with the client after, for review and reflection and allows a layer or protection and accountability for both of us. Recordings are kept in strict confidence and links are only shared with the client or relevant stake holders per the terms of our coaching agreement.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Because sessions are virtual, there are not specific measures in place, however if someone is ill a session can be rescheduled. Missed sessions would still be charged and not rescheduled, without prior notice.

Coaching with me isn't cookie-cutter. Each client is different because your needs are different.
Using my 16+ years experience as a minister, 3+ years experience as a real estate coach, and as a soon-to-be (Fall 2023) ICF certified coach, I have the tools, the empathy, and the experience to help you grow...individually or collectively.
Coaching can be in blocks as short as 4 weeks or longer as your needs determine.
Topics often covered include dealing with stress, time management, business development, life/business assessment, leadership development, and team building. However, any topic that helps you grow as an individual, team, or company can be addressed!
Leadership Development
I have built and grown teams in churches around the country from 30 to 5000 as well as built a successful real estate group in my market that consistently ranks in the top 10% of production.
I know that leading isn't about telling, it's about showing. When you show people your vision and your heart and empower them to use their abilities and creativity, you can unleash something that can make an impact!

We use the systems, tools, and connections of The Locker Room to assess your business and objectives and set plans in 90-day chunks that help you grow and develop your business and see massive results!
Real Estate Coaching is through The Locker Room, and I am an Impact Coach. Your agreement would be with them directly.
