The officer that was assigned to me by the company was very friendly. He didn't say his name but he made me feel safe going out to the club with my girls. It was like, we had a big brother watching from a distant making sure we would be safe but at the same time knowing that we would not be interrupted unless we needed help. Strategy! Everything was perfect! I felt safe and protected. The officer knew everything about the scenario: even where I was seated and what direction I was facing however, I never felt watched or bothered and that's exactly what me and my family needed at that time. He also knew exactly how to guide me when I wasn't sure of what or how to do things. I wish I have had more time to thank him more accordingly, but I wasn't sure if it was appropriate so, i moved on quickly. Anyways, thank you so much for everything. What inspired you to start your own business?
Having been in law enforcement, and military service, there is more that can be done for the safety of our community and our people. I want that safety for my children and the children in the community they grow up in so TLM Operations was created to safeguard the safety of everyone from individual to businesses to states and countries.

While our services are particularly for clients in proximity, we do offer some of our services remotely. (Currently to our overseas clients)
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Unless at all necessary, our clients deal with us mostly online. However, if in person meeting is requested, the client will only deal with their appointed liaison officer and none other. Not only does this protect the client from being exposed to others in the company, but it serves as a filter for confusion.
