We offer full-service residential property management for a flat monthly fee. Our services include: advertising, national credit and background checks, tenant placement, leasing, online rent collection, owner payments by direct deposit, monthly accounting statements, basic maintenance, bi-annual property inspections, and tax forms. We do not charge separately for tenant placement or leasing.

If you deal with rental properties and you need someone to just "handle it" without handholding this is your place. Honest, reasonable and committed! Renting properties is so stressful. Having someone reliable, honest, and proactive can save you thousands of dollars and countless hours of your time. It's one of those things where...You could try and do it yourself, but at what cost. Plus it's best if owners are hands off. It's awkward dealing with tenants as a property owner. I don't change my own car brakes, do my own taxes or cut my own hair because I'm not good at it. What do you love most about your job?
I love being able to provide new homes for tenants, and investment income for homeowners. I take special care to be attentive to my tenants; happy tenants pay rent on time, and take care of their property. That attention translates to peace of mind for the homeowner because they know their investment is growing and being cared for.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've been in property management since 2002, in 2013 I decided to start my own business to set a new standard in management. I am The Landlord's Concierge because I offer high quality services at a predictable flat fee. Owners can have peace of mind that their investment is in good hands. I take care of everything.
Why should our clients choose you?
Diana and I have almost 30-years combined experience in real estate. We both have law degrees which gives us a unique advantage in knowing how to make sure our properties are always legally compliant.
