This past weekend we had TK's cater our daughter's wedding reception at Canyon Run Ranch. The food was wonderful! The layout and the buffet were just the touch we needed for the reception. The beef brisket was tender as was the pulled pork. We also had green beans, russet potatoes and seven-layer salad and Mac n cheese. And let's not forget the cornbread! Tom Kaiser was very flexible and helpful during the reception. Very easy to work with. The value and the food were a great choice for our wonderful celebration! I would highly recommend TKS barbecue for any catering service that you might need in any event. Thank you Tom for the wonderful food and service. 5 star! More...

We had ribs last night. They were so tender and delicious we went back for dinner tonight. Everything is so good. It's hard to pick a favorite.
