What do you love most about your job?
What I love most about my job is the ability to make a positive impact on both our clients and our employees. Seeing the peace of mind on our clients' faces when they know they are safe and protected is incredibly rewarding. It's fulfilling to know that our security services contribute to their overall well-being and enable them to focus on their own priorities without worry.
Equally important to me is the opportunity to provide our employees with a stable and fulfilling source of income. Being able to support our team members and their families is a responsibility I take seriously. Seeing them grow and thrive within our company, knowing that we are creating a positive work environment where they can develop their skills and build a successful career, brings me great joy.
In summary, what I love most about my job is the combination of bringing peace of mind to our clients and creating a supportive and empowering work environment for our employees. It's the sense of making a difference in the lives of both that truly drives my passion for what I do.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The inspiration to start our own business arose from the experience of growing and selling our previous security company. Unfortunately, after the acquisition, the quality of services declined due to management reductions and corporate bureaucracy. We realized that this setback presented a unique opportunity to reinvent our company, rekindling the principles that were fundamental to our past success. Our desire to deliver exceptional security services and our belief in the values that guided us in the past motivated us to embark on this journey of recreating our business.
