Timber Mountain Training Services are well versed in basic training and behavioral training. I have had the opportunity to see Nate with Timber, an ambassador wolf, at one time personally. Now with the videos one can see how loyal, well balanced and well behaved his dogs are as well as his knowledge of what he posts on this page. Nate came to my home to consult on my Boxer, Bodhi. He's a jumper and gets over excited easily. Nate's handling of him and guidance for me were excellent. We stood outside and he watched my dog's reaction to people walking by, neighbor's two Corgi's coming out int the yard across the street. But most of all, I liked that he said different dogs need different trainings. Just like people, everyone learns differently. I absolutely loved this method. It's so true! It's hard to put into words what Nate does when it comes his craft. i think what sets him apart from other trainers is the overall passion he has for animals. Meeting Nate just as a person you can tell the love he has for animals, no matter the breed or the issues that your animal may have. Nate is most definitely very helpful and extremely caring. he takes what he does very seriously but also puts a lot of love into his work. Nate is a god send when it comes to dogs. He worked with my St. Bernard pup for just a few sessions and in that small time frame my WILD puppy can now walk on a leash, knows her yard and to stay to it, and she even learned her manners through it all. Manners were extremely important considering her size. On top of it all, Nate was sure to interact. He involved everyone in the house through the training just to make sure everyone was knowledgeable. Timber Mountain Training Service is fantastic. The owner Nate is a true Dog Whisperer. My boyfriend and I brought our 2 year old Husky mix rescue for a session to see what it was all about. To our delight, our pup Brody was transformed from a dog that pulled when walked and showed aggression to a playful pup with Nate’s 3 other bigger dogs.
