Tim has been a great motivator and fitness coach so far and he really does a great job steadily progressing your workouts specifically catered to you and your current physical state. He is always prompt and ready to get you working early in the wee morning hours.
He also has a great sense of humor and personality which really counts when you’re depending on someone to help accomplish your health and fitness goals!! So glad we found him!

We have fun! Fitness should be for everyone and it should be fun. So we make it that way. Yes, we’ll take body fat and circumference measurements and detail your meal plan and workout plan, and I’ll hold you accountable to accomplishing your workouts and making the right progress in the right time. BUT while I’m doing all that for you, I’m going to make sure that YOU are having fun in your workouts which are always new exciting and as challenging as we need to make them. I believe in encouragement and learning and the emotional and mental…and physical growth that comes through that. I want you to look and feel your best, so I make sure you look forward to each workout through encouragement, motivation and positivity.

Parience. Physiological change doesnt happen over night. But, it does happen faster than youll realize. Small steps and small goals achieved at first equal major milestones at last. Maybe it’s getting back into those jeans that are hidden in the back of your closet because you never thought you’d wear them again. We’ll do that first, then get you ready for bikini or board shorts season. With patience and daily action you’ll feel empowered to keep going along the custom fitness path that we’ll create to get you to the body you want.

Ive learned that most people who are displeased with how they look on the outside, have something deep within them that is beautiful needs to be discovered/rediscovered and also just waiting to come out…And to be recognized by the person who contains all of that undiscovered beauty inside.
