Hi, I have never written a Yelp Review but the actions of John Miller of Tiger Lily should not go without recognition! I ordered a Corsage and a Boutonniere for my son's Junior Prom.  Not only did John reach out to me to make sure I knew that the store on James Island closed at 3:00 on Saturday and accommodated me picking the items up at 3:15 - but when I picked them up and inquired if I should get two boxes - one for each item - vs. the one that was handed to me I was assured that both the corsage and boutonniere were in the same box.  However, when it came time that evening to untie the beautifully presented box, we discovered that only the wrist corsage was in the box.  With all that was happening - the festivities surrounding the dance, dinner, pictures etc. it did not even occur to me to reach out to the store also knowing that the store had closed at 3:00.  To my surprise, I had a text and an email from John Miller! They had recognized their error and took it upon themselves to not only let me know about it but to also deliver the boutonniere to my home address just in time for me to pick up for my son to look his very best in the pictures! The most beautiful arrangements and the best customer service I have ever received from any company online, in person, or otherwise. If ever an arrangement is not up to their standards they replace it immediately! Once I called because my arrangement had died within a week, and I just wanted advice on how to better care for cut flowers and they sent me a brand new arrangement the next day along with providing extra instructions and advice. The always deliver by early afternoon, and have the most courteous and polite delivery team you could ever ask for! (Shout out to Mrs. Linda Grant who goes above and beyond!) I highly recommend this florist, and can testify that the price is well worth the quality of the product you receive. I have tried online florists from ProFlowers to 1800flowers to Urban Stems and no one else can compare to the prices, quality, or service of TigerLily Florist. There is a reason they have been voted the number 1 florist in charleston for over a decade running! Words cannot express how impressed I am with Gayla and the team at Tiger Lily! I planned my wedding from Raleigh, NC. Gayla was so helpful in giving me different visual examples, and different options within my price range via email. She was patient with me as I changed my mind 5 times before the wedding. I took a chance in giving the team a bit of creative freedom, and I do not regret it! I nearly cried when I saw my bouquet, the boutonnieres, and floral arch. John at the Tiger Lilly saved the day! For two days I had been trying to put together a surprise for my son. He was coming to Charleston to propose to the love of his life. He and his soon to be fiance' were booked at a downtown airbnb. All I wanted was to have a surprise for them in their room after the proposal: some flowers, some chocolates and a bottle of wine. Who would have thought this would become a complicated little task. After two days of trying to make this happen I was about to give up, when I called the Tiger Lilly. Gayla with Tiger Lily is AH-MAZING. From our initial planning meeting to the day of the event she was involved, professional, in-tune and down right fabulous! I am so glad that we booked with Gayla. She turned my dreams into a reality and even made some wonderful suggestions that turned out to be beautiful. Her notes were impeccable, as the day of the event was EVERYTHING I dreamed of and MORE. Gayla is such a sweet person, is super communicative and very flexible. She helped me envision my wedding, and gave me options to fit into my budget. She also threw in some freebies without me asking. I wish I could go back in time and admire the flowers more, because the night flew by! Gayla and the entire Tiger Lily team are absolutely amazing, and I can't thank Tiger Lily enough for all the AMAZING floral arrangements! Our rehearsal dinner flowers were beautiful. The bright colors were so fun and complimented our bright floral linens perfectly. We took the flowers everywhere with us that weekend (welcome party, hotel, wedding) and everywhere we went people and guests stopped us to compliment the gorgeous arrangements. My favorite part of my wedding day was looking out from the second floor of the Legare Waring House, and seeing the stunning centerpieces and floral arrangements. They were breath taking! The Tiger Lily team truly out did themselves for Ryan and I. Everyone absolutely loved the flowers. The garland hanging from the lights over the dance floor was spectacular. The centerpieces at the head table were amazing! I cannot wait to see pictures of the decor so I can relive all the beautiful plants and flowers. Also, my bouquet was absolutely amazing! The colors complimented my dress as well as the bridesmaids dresses. My mother, grandmothers, and mother-in-law loved how their corsages came on a pearl bracelet. Gorgeous arrangement for Valentine's Day. My fiancé works in Alaska and used the online ordering. These exceeded his expectations. The hydrangeas only lasted 2 days but the roses lasted a week. The smell of the flowers filled my house. My only complaint was the vase valet was wet from where it was tipped over by the delivery driver and 10 roses arrived instead of 12 roses. I chose Tiger Lily for my bridal bouquet because, as a long time resident, I'm aware of their reputation as being the best florist in town.  As a bride, oddly enough, I didn't really care about the flowers at my wedding.  Or at least, I didn't think I did, until I was handed my absolutely stunning bouquet on Saturday.  I had loosely described over the phone what the color scheme was and what the rest of the flowers were going to be and tiger lily took it from there.  They exceeded my expectations and left me feeling so grateful that a friend had talked me into getting a special bridal bouquet.  In the photos that I have seen thus far, the bouquet really adds an element of grace I didn't know was possible.  I went from being a normal girl in a big white dress to truly being a bride when I was handed that bouquet. Tiger Lily Wedding came recommended to me by my wedding planner and i have to say my flowers were stunning thanks to Gayla! She took my idea of a sunset colored palette with orchids and created mind-blowingly gorgeous arrangements for my wedding. I do not consider myself a flower person and I almost tried to DIY my flowers (thank goodness hubby talked me out of that!), but the centerpieces and my bouquet changed my mind! I fell in love with them! Everything was delivered on-time the day of the wedding and all of the flowers looked fresh. They held up beautifully all day even in the melting heat and I received so many compliments on them! Gayla herself was a pleasure to work with. She was professional, kind and very responsive in all of her communications. She handled last minute hiccups well and was flexible in working with me to fit what I wanted with my budget. Edited: Tiger Lily went above and beyond to make up for any disappointment I may have had over my mother's day arrangement. The manager contacted me and then proceeded to send a stunning arrangement to my work this afternoon. Their customer service and personal approach to this incident has ensured that we will continue to be faithful Tiger Lily customers for years to come. Thank you for making this right. My husband spent over $200 to send me flowers for Mother's Day. When they arrived Saturday evening there were flowers broken in half. Although the arrangement had a stunning variety of flowers, I'm also disappointed by the quality. I came home from work today (day 5) and my arrangement looks pathetic. My husband typically spends a good amount on flowers from tiger lily for special occasions and I will be encouraging him to spend his money elsewhere in the future. More...

I was disappointed with my order on Monday that I sent to James Island. I live out of state, and my mother moved in S. C. She received a completely different order, that was a downgraded version from what I ordered . I ordered an arrangement with roses and no bow. She received daisys with no roses. Colors were different, and a big purple bow. Customer service says I ordered a product that didn't belong to them, and then prestigiously announced their arrangements start a $55..(the one i ordered was 45, plus shipping and processing... 65). Not sure why money was brought up considering i already paid them on their website. Not sure why, or what decision making was involved, but i was insaulted when I seen the photo my mother sent. I never felt so cheap. I will be ordering lots of flowers, but not from tiger lily. I don't think they mind because it showed in the customer service. I wasn't going to say anything, but then i seen these pretty arrangements on thrir fb, nothing like what my mother recieved. Maybe those are some one else's too! Good luck. More...
