For "fast" Indian food this place is perfect. It's very good but more simple compared to a traditional Indian food restaurant, but perfect if you want the taste of Indian food without going through a whole dining experience. Read reviews. Gave it a shot. Ordered a bowl with basmati rice, chose seasoned chicken with veggies and lentils topped with pickled red onions and tomato chutney. Got a garlic naan, they gave me a little hot sauce and cucumber yogurt sauce on the side Also had a mango lassi. Server was very nice and helpful. Offered a sample if I desired. Restaurant was small but clean and tidy. Food was very tasty and more than enough for a meal with a little leftover for a snack. If I was a vegetarian my meal would have been 5 star.But I ordered the cream chicken and there was not much in the meal at all, mostly the other ingredients. I had placed a online to go order and expected the meal to be ready when I arrived. Instead the server made it once I was at the counter. He put the ingredients in the bowl so quick I did not even see the lack of chicken in the bowl.Yes it is great that you can get extra meat for $3 but it would be nice to some meat in the original bowl too. New fave fast casual spot. Just moved to the area and vegan options aren't what I'm used to so when I found this place I was excited! Finally tried it and perfect timing because it's a Monday and the bowl special is jackfruit! SO GOOD. I ordered it with rice and every fixing except the cucumber yogurt. It was 100% delicious and wonderfully spicy. I held off on the naan because I ordered online and assume it's not vegan but would love to be told I'm wrong on that. Wow was I impressed. What a great idea I'm suprised there aren't more around w this design. I wanted to take pictures of everything I got but it was so good I forgot. For the creamy tofu bowl: The tofu is cooked perfectly and I'm pretty picky w tofu; overall flavor/ sauce amazing, i got it with basmati rice loaded minus the pickled veg. The Samoas are smaller than what the picture suggests but I feel like this makes a better ratio and makes them even more tasty, they're more egg roll size but i got both veggie and chicken- i might like the veggie one a little more but both amazing and definitely worth trying. I also got the spicy jackfruit hand held.. wow.. amazing flavor not at all dry but not at all soggy or drippy.. just perfect anddd thank you for incorporating jackfruit! it's so hard to find a place that knows what to do with it. Found this spot looking for a quick bite to eat. Was greeted by the owner and he was super friendly. The place can best be explained by saying it's chipotle, but Indian. I ordered a creamy chicken bowl with all the toppings. It was really great. The creamy chicken did have a little spice kick to it, but not intense. I would say it's very safe if you can handle mild and medium spice. I did wish there was a way to control the temperature of the food better. I ordered the two bowls that came with two naans for $25. The bowl was great but the naan definitely wasn't made in house and was more like bread, rather than true naan. Which is more doughy on the inside and crispy on the outside. Would NOT recommend the naan. It's definitely Is not in the realm authentic Indian food, but it's Americanized Indian food for those that want to dip their toes. I was looking for butter chicken and chicken tiki Marsala which are staples in Indian cuisine. But this was still good. I would say it's closer to Indian inspired chipotle style. This place was awesome!!!Very clean fast-casual spot in West Palm Beach - The staff and owner are extremely friendly and helpful. Indian restaurants are usually pretty intimidating... you don't know what to order and don't understand the menu... but Tiffin Box does a great job at making it simple and easy. Bandwagons gonna bandwagon, I guess, but if there's one I want to be on it's this one.First, Indian cuisine is my spirit animal; Second, it's like a straight shot from the airport when I'm flying home, and this is one I will straight beeline to. I will starve for the morning to hit this place for lunch, or early supper.It's just simple, man, and it works! Such a yummy spot if you like Indian you will really enjoy this. Fast and fresh quick service Indian! My son and I really enjoyed it.
