This past weekend I attended a Quinceria done by Tiaras and Tacones Events and I was blown away!! This was my third Quinceria I attended and by far this one was the BEST! !! From the time of arrival the venue was niiiiiccceeee!!!! Got inside and was greeted by someone who seated me at my table where the appetizers were waiting. The bartender was awesome he remembered my name every time I went to get a drink apparently he wasn't drunk like me....lol!! This Quinceria was done in pure elegance from the reveal of the birthday girl to the food and dances. If I ever have a daughter I hope I can afford to hire Tiaras and Tocones Events to make my daughter's dream a reality!!! Great job!!!! More...

I don't normally do reviews but it's very important that I let others know what an AWESOME job this company did in making my daughters dream come true for her Quinceañera. Let me start by saying I'm OCD and everything has to be perfect! Well Celia did that!!! The party was this past Saturday and I'm still getting calls and text about how much fun and how beautifully done everything was. Celia is very professional and pays attention to detail. She made sure everything my daughter asked for she got (with a price of course). My daughter is not a crier but she cried of happiness because Celia had done everything she asked for and more. To help ease any stress Celia even gave me Estella, an assistant on the day of the event to ensure I don't stress about anything event related. Just like Celia, Estella went above and beyond. It's very apparent why Celia is in this business because she knows how to make peoples dream come true and I'm very thankful we found her. I'm so glad we choose Celia to be our party planner for my daughters Quince.  We asked her what we wanted and she made everything look better than  we imagined it would be. Celia and her team were on top of everything that allowed us to enjoy everything My daughter couldn't stop talking about them she said that Celias team helped her so much and made everything stress free for her big day. Celia was very patient with us and updated us always . She gave us the best vendors for our event. This review is solely on my experience as a guest at a wedding 1.  The church ceremony was a disaster. The bride wore the wrong  undergarments  for the style  of dress.  The "wedding planner" assistant sat down the entire  time even though the bride 's veil came off 3 times. 2. The wedding party was a disaster; they all looked lost, some girls woke up and wore a potato sack dress. Some did not bother to brush their hair or wear makeup 3. A kid kept screaming in church, come to find out, it was the bride 's  son. 4. The bridesmaids all had different bouquets??5. Venue: super hot, food was mediocre, live band was overly loud, decor was on point, cocktail hour was chips and salsa and drinks were not available until 30min later?????Where was the "wedding planner"? WoW!! I honestly don't know where to start. Â Celia and her crew were so amazing. Â We had a Quince for our daughter and she was on top of everything, from making sure all vendors were on time to making sure the day was going as planned. I felt so confident putting all my trust in her she gave me great advise and suggestions throughout the planning process. Â Honestly, my husband wasn't onboard with us hiring her and thought it was a waste of money because he thought everything she was doing for us we can do ourselves. Â I wanted to enjoy my daughters Quince with her, I didn't want to feel like I was so busy I missed out on special moments. Â And not to mention, while we were planning the Quince friends/family offered to help but at the end...guess What? Â Not everyone comes through like they say they are and you end up taking on a huge load of things everything falls on you which leaves you feeling stressed and being so busy the day of that you don't get to enjoy the party. Â So at the end of our event when we had to say goodbye to Celia my husband took it upon himself to congratulate Celia and let her know he was so happy with the amazing job she did for us. Â From making sure we got the best venue package to asking questions and making sure every detail was taken care of. Â My daughter ended up having 3 wardrobe changes and everytime her ladies were there helping my daughter change organizing everything so nothing would be lost or misplaced. Tiaras and Tacones is owned by Celia, she's the best party planner ever! We held my only daughter's quinceanera on May 14, 2022 and everything was magical. My daughter said her day was exactly how she dreamt it to be. As a parent, with that said, I am forever grateful to Celia and her amazing team! She has the best resources for everything needed to make your event unforgettable. Celia listens and delivers! Celia did great with my daughters sweet 16. I am eternally grateful to her and her amazing team . She made planning easy and her personal details are what make ur event. To my fellow mothers that may feel lost I honestly encourage you to call on Celia because she makes ur vision come to life. Alright y'all, y'all want a real ass review let me give you one. We hired Celia as our wedding planner because my fiancé's family at the time (now wife) had hired her to be the quinceañera planner for her sister's quince a few years back and they had a great experience with her. As someone who was on a strict wedding budget and wanted to save costs as much as possible, I was unsure if I wanted to pay for a wedding planner but let me tell you all, especially the fellas.. hiring Celia was the second best decision I made throughout our entire wedding process besides marrying my wife. CELIA IS 100% worth the investment! We hired her early 2020 before the pandemic started and we had to push the wedding date back TWO times because of Covid to October 2021. Not once did Celia complain or give attitude about anything even though we knew it was a stressful time where everyone was pushing events back. Most importantly, she always worked WITH us, not against us which was a huge deal to us. My wife & I are picky AF and can be a little demanding but every minor detail we wanted, thought of, imagined of, Celia either made it happen or did everything she could to try to make it happen. She knows how to talk to every caterer, florist, DJ, Venue Manager, Mom, Dad, TÃo, TÃa, etc. in a professional matter to get what you need done and  is always 100% professional which makes her so amazing at her job. If you're Mexican like us you know dealing with family can be stressful but Celia always made everything seem so easy! Every time my wife was stressing out, and trust me there was a lot of those over our wedding planning, Celia always reassured us everything would work out and it did thanks to her. Day of the wedding: Everything turned out beautiful and my wife had the wedding she always dreamed about. The decorations we paid her to do were GORGEOUS that had my wife in tears! There was a few minor hiccups like every big event has, but we had no idea about them because Celia ALWAYS had EVERYTHING under control and ran everything smoothly. We partied and celebrated all night long and Celia had our back like a chiropractor. Our wedding turned out to be everything we expected and a lot of it has to do with how Celia and her team did their job from the planning process up until the day of the our event. She has the experience, creativity, professionalism but also sassy ness needed to get whatever you need DONE! Fellas, she also has our back when our wives want to go over the budget! We love Celia like family and she made us feel like family so she will definitely be getting hired for our next big event in the family. As mentioned, she also does quinceañeras and she kills those just as much! Celia, Thank you for making the Disney magic happen in Corona. We trusted you completely and you did not disappoint, you actually went way beyond our expectations. Everyone said they felt they were at Disneyland. You completely changed the room, the reveal still brings me chills and tears. I felt like a little girl in her castle. You thought about every single detail so thoroughly you amazed us all. The girls couldn't believe their eyes when they saw their silhouettes. The girls and our son couldn't believe all the magic surrounding us all. Your staff was so extremely helpful, courteous and with a smile throughout the whole night. You truly are gifted for this. My daughter's Quinceañera was on 09/25/21. I am a control freak almost a perfectionist so, I was a bit nervous hiring a coordinator and letting her handle things  and stepping back, hoping everything will turn out ok. Let me tell you!!!! Celia and her team truly pulled it off!! They did a PHENOMENAL JOB on the day of the event. Celia's assistants were AMAZING!!!! Always attentive to our needs. I would highly recommend Tiaras and Tacones for a magical and very special night for your princess Quinceañera. Infinitas gracias a Tiaras and Tacones Events(Celia Barrios) por hacer de nuestra quinceañera una fiesta de ensueño!todo fue maravilloso, muy elegante, cada detalle bellÃsimo! muy satisfechos y agradecidos. sobrepaso mis expectativas! Desde un sueño, la idea, el tema y la realización espectacular del evento, simplemente magnifico.Recuerdo visitar su oficina un año atras y estar en medio de una pandemia era todo incierto, tener tan solo un 50% de invitados en el salon era frustrante pero paso el tiempo y Celia con su dedicación y profesionalismo supo dirigirnos a tener la lista deseada. We first met with Celia in 2019 when planning our daughters Quinceanera for April 2020.  However, we could not imagine what the universe had in store for us instead. Thus, our plans came to an abrupt halt with the pandemic.  We rescheduled our event about 3-4 times, and Celia patiently worked with us throughout the changes.  Over a year later, our event finally came in September 2021 and wow was it worth the wait! Celia took our vision of reds, golds & glam, she turned it into a beautiful event.  She held my hand throughout the entire process of preparing for the event.  Referring me to great vendors, guiding me and giving me other ideas to add an extra spice.  I put ALL my trust in her and held myself from seeing the décor until the day of the event, I was blown away! Everything my daughter and I had envisioned was there without me having to lift a finger. It was magical for me as a mother.  All of the décor and details turned out beautiful! Our day of coordinator, Alex, was great. If I could, I'd leave 100 stars with this review! I had been planning my daughter's quince last year when suddenly the pandemic shut things down. Celia was so supportive during the entire process and assured me we would still be able to give my daughter the event she'd always dreamed of. This past June, that's exactly what happened. With Celia's attention to every last detail, we had more than we could have dreamed of! Although initially dad wasn't 100% onboard with having the event, during the celebration he could not have been more grateful to Celia and her staff for coordinating such a beautiful event for our daughter. Each and every guest had a wonderful time and thanked Celia personally for making the event so memorable. Celia and her staff made sure every last detail was perfect and I could not be more thankful.
