Excellent breakfast spot in Quincy IL. I always love to try new places all over the country when I have some down time. I tried the salmon and lox for the first time ever. Flavor was good but not really my style. I can see why it's a favorite with some people. The real winner was the chirazo and egg with potato breakfast burrito with home fries. The house made hot sauce to put on top really pus this meal over the top. Hot sauce was bursting with flavor and coupled with the perfect amount of heat rounding out this meal was coffee, mimosas and a small bowl of watermelon that not only is the sweetest I ever tasted but is also locally grown.
