Simply put, Throwdown Catering offers an experience you won't find anywhere else. Two chefs bring their own individual menus and battle it out for the votes of you and your guests. It's like a cooking show, and YOU get to be the judges. It's not only great food, but a fun and interactive experience, allowing everyone to speak directly to the chefs.

What’s your signature dish?
Our BBQ menu is easily the crowd favorite. Slow smoked meats and delicious sides. A whole line-up of chef made bbq sauces to go with it. It just might be the best BBQ you've ever had.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
While our menu is quite set, we are absolutely willing to work with you. You're the client. We want to bring you and your guests exactly what you want/need.
What do you love most about your job?
Sharing our food, and our passion for it, bring us such joy. Seeing the reactions and receiving the feedback about how much people enjoyed the food, makes all the hard effort worth it. Coming up for seconds? The best compliment.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I'll give it to you, this is a lot of work. It's very stressful and wildly challenging. But we absolutely LOVE that every aspect of this business is ours. We're working for ourselves. We have such a passion for cooking and feeding others, making a business out of it just made sense. It's what we were meant to do.
Why should our clients choose you?
The experience (dueling chefs) alone is something nobody else is offering. If you're looking for a more fun and interactive dining experience (not that boring stuff our competitors offer) than that should intrigue you enough. You want people to remember your event (wedding,party), let us help you do that.
Also? Our food is truly fantastic. We take so much pride in our menus and put a lot of thought and time into making them.
