I hosted several events throughout the year and I was introduced to Throughmykitchen from one of my friends and I have to say the food was spectacular the seafood salad and crab are my absolute favorite they were scrumptious if you are to get food from somewhere for an event most definitely get it from Throughmykitchen.

I hired Evelyn to cater my daughters quinceañera (sweet 15) and the food was absolutely amazing! We ordered perni, arroz gandules, potato salad, ceviche plus a few other things and every meal was seasoned to perfection. My guest loved the food and by the end of the night all the food was gone. My signature dish would be the Ceviche, my cooked marinated seafood salad that is served cold.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I have been vending and catering for the last 10 Years and take great pride in delivering delectable locally sourced dishes that are gratifying and satisfactory.
What do you love most about your job?
I love everything about it from the planning to the shopping but most of all from my past experience, it’s the smile and sign of satisfaction that comes from my customers.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was inspired by how gratifying it made me feel, when I would participate in vending or catering events .
