I have been a one on one personal trainer for a 3 years in addition to working in a skilled rehab setting as an Occupational therapist for 25 years, primarily working with Seniors. I tailor each program to suit the individual goals and current fitness levels of my clients, including any corrective issues from past injuries that may need to be addressed.

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I will correspond via email and call my potential client to understand what goals they would like to achieve through my services and how I can assist them. Then, we set up a time to meet and see the studio, perform a few movements to determine any compensations. Set up a schedule and get to work.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Being held accountable to someone else helps so much in fitness, its too easy to talk ourselves out of exercise. I work on developing a routine at home and encourage follow through with recommendations given during each session.
What do you love most about your job?
Results. I love witnessing my clients be strong and have better balance/coordination to be able to enjoy the activities they didn't think they could do any longer
What inspired you to start your own business?
My actual patients. Senior fitness is very unique in the fitness industry and requires an understanding of the challenges that occur as we age. Being in the rehab setting for so many years I would discharge to home knowing how much hard work went in to getting stronger and not having a resource to maintain that gained strength. OR many said they could see themselves becoming weaker and did not know how to get that strength back.
