Thank you for your consideration of my services. I'm a licensed marriage and family therapist specializing in areas such as trauma, anxiety, and depression working with individuals, couples, veterans, and first responders. I utilize traditional talk therapy as well as techniques such as EMDR and Neurofeedback to help relieve your symptoms. In marriage therapy, we work on understanding the patterns that continue the same cycles of communication and behavior in the relationship that have shown not to be effective anymore that perpetuate tension and feeling stuck. I have worked with difficult situations such as infidelity and addictions in the marriage as well. I have seen success when both partners are committed to working on their part of the marriage and are committed to each other in the process. For those who subscribe to the Christian faith, my passion is helping you to integrate your faith with the hardships you are facing.
