He was realistic with his timelines, communicative, reasonable on price and his team was very friendly and professional. They did very high quality work and provided me with before and after pictures along the way when I couldn't come by for regular visits. Made arrangements for Daryl Judd of Thor Flooring to repair our hardwood floor. He had two months ( Sept & Oct 2016) to get the wood and bring it to our house, he failed to do this. He was suppose to begin work in Nov. but he said he'd have to moved it to Feb. then March and when I questioned him about it, he just walking away from the project. So we just wasted 5 months.
