I was at a loss being new to Tucson and needing a CPA for our small business. Viviane Thompson was recommended by a friend as being competent, fast, and affordable. She is also extremely easy to work with, great communicator, charges a super competitive flat-rate. She gets stuff done...fast!! I was so worried after receiving g a list of 86 items that another CPA would need to get our taxes done at a $250 per hour rate. I found Viviane through the Quickbooks Provisor website. I wanted to use Quickbooks Online (QBO), and she was one of the people listed as certified for QBO. She is an excellent CPA and accountant. She always presented me with options for me to make my decision, while giving the advantages and disadvantages of each option. For this excellent service, honestly she charged too little. Her prices are very reasonable, and I would have paid more for the quality of her work. I highly recommend her!I had a large engineering contract that was 6 months and expired, so I will probably will not be using Viviane after the end of 2014. What kind of accounting services do you provide?
We do all our bookkeeping work on QuickBooks, either online or desktop. We provide any type of bookkeeping service, whether business or personal, provided it's legal.
The majority of our clients prefer monthly/quarterly/yearly write ups however we can offer bill pay services as well.

We are different from other accountants because we have both a solid background in accounting and bookkeeping from working with many small and mid-sized businesses as well as a solid knowledge of QuickBooks, the bookkeeping software leader. What do you love most about your job?
We have always loved accounting and bookkeeping along with preparing tax returns with the least amount of taxes to be paid within the constraints of the law. In addition, we have a knack in helping small business owners who find themselves in tax trouble and need help fixing their problems. If the person is willing to do what it takes to fix the problem, in a short amount of time, the issues will be resolved and the owner will be able to sleep again at night. There will still be tax payments (and pain) to be made but the hounding from the IRS will decrease if not stop altogether.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Small business owners need the expertise of professionals as much if not more than big firms but because of their size, they can't find the help they need. By working with many small business owners, we get to provide our professional expertise across a wide range of businesses who need it but not on a full time basis.
Why should our clients choose you?
Clients want to be treated professionally. We do that by 1. having the chops (being professionally competent), 2. responding to emails/calls in a very timely manner (we return 90% of emails within 24 hours, usually the next morning excluding weekends), 3. we do what we say we will do (we keep our to-do list to a minimum) and lastly we stand by the work and if a mistake happens, we own up to it and fix it.
