I’m a realtor and had a client where their irrigation system’s pipes burst in winter temps. They called their irrigation company of 20 years for 2 days with no response. I called Chris Thomas and he was out to the house WITHIN 2 HOURS in 15 degree weather to assess and repair the issue. The crew just left after doing the annual spring clean-up and mulching. This starts my 5th year of doing business with this excellent company. Today was no exception - the guys were very careful of the new growth starting to emerge and cleaned up after they were done.
