What do you love most about your job?
I love working with individuals and families to make their dreams a reality. What i love most is when people reach a goal that they never thought was possible. I love to celebrate with my clients!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've always been someone who prefers to set my own hours and create my own goals. Working for myself, with my partners, is a dream come true!

We are a close-knit team who work together to ensure that every client who walks through our doors is heard, supported, and successful. Because we have a variety of specializations and certifications, we have many tools to help you with the challenges you are facing.
EMDR
We provide EMDR sessions. These are usually 90 minutes in length.
Coaching
Life coaching, family coaching, career coaching, and more! We work with you to create specific, measurable goals, and design the actions you will need to take to reach those goals.
Counseling
We provide individual, couples, and family counseling.
Support groups
We have several support groups forming. Contact us to see if you fit into one of these groups.
