I'm interested in fitness training...I was a shock trauma nurse so well versed in nutrition. I have had a personal trainer for most of my life until I moved to Texas from NYC a year ago..Easy to work with....


First and foremost I listen. This is about you! I implement a plan based on various factors that include current fitness level, lifestyle and goals.

Habit Formation, Mindset, Consistency and BALANCE. I eat pizza, Ice cream, cookies you name it! It's about balance and not deprivation, fueling your body with what it needs and still treating yourself.

Empowering others to feel and look their best! There is no better feeling then educating others to see Food and Exercise in a positive Mindspace, that BENEFITS them, not as an "obligation" I make this fun!

I was STUCK. Unhappy, not feeling like my best self about a year ago. I had a unhealthy relationship with Food and Exercise. I saw it as a constant cost-analysis. Restricting heavily then binging, then trying to "burn it off" at the gym. I was over it. I decided to make a change and take baby steps, over time. With the help of a Fitness Coach I was able to achieve and MAINTAIN my body! Not only do I have healthy associations with food, I Feel the best I have ever felt!
