I really enjoyed Theos. My first visit was last week and as soon as I walked in my mouth dropped. It was a breath of fresh air to experience something different in the valley. Faye gave me a tour, told me about the history of the business and building, and guided me in what to try on my first visit. My favorite dish was the Pastitsio and the Saganaki! Yum the way the lemon juice absorbed into the fried mozzarella kept me going back for more. Every dish I had was amazing Including the best baklava I’ve ever had this side of the Milky Way. I cannot wait time go back and try their burgers and lemon soup I hear they’re amazing! Hello and i first want to say from my service to the food this was an excellent dining experience, an absolute 5 out of 5 stars. Congrats to the management and staff! Now i ordered the Saganaki which is Greek Cheese that is brought out to you and lit on fitr for just $7.95. First time having it and it reminded me of almost like a grilled cheese on steroids, very delicious. I ordered the 10 oz Sirloin Steak cooked medium rare which was cooked to my perfection, very tender and juicy. This came with a side of beans, yes beans which i ate most of, as you all know i am not a bean person but i did enjoy them. This came with your choice of soup or a salad, i picked the salad because it was just way too hot for soup. Now i went full steam and ordered a piece of Chocolate Chip Cheesecake, it's Chocolate Chip Cheesecake need i say more? "BIG THUMBS UP" Recommend highly!
