What makes a great website?
A great website is one that focuses on the user. Simple, clean, easy-to-use websites that focus on telling your story to ensure you attract the right audience for your company.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
What are your goals for the website? What specific things do you want to make sure get promoted to your audience? Are there any specific things your website needs to do (integrations with an internal company-wide system like a payroll service, etc). What things might you want from your website that can replace a tedious task that you may be doing manually (notifications, inventory tracking, etc).
Describe your creative process.
We have a four-stage process; discovery, design, develop, and deploy. Our process ensures that you end up with the website that is built to fit your specific requirements.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
We typically wish to know the timeline and any specific project requirements that may be important before starting any project. Additionally, we like to get a sense of longterm goals so we can build a solution that has room to grow with potential, future goals that they may have.
What do you love most about your job?
I absolutely love working with in-house teams to discuss their goals and it gives me a great deal of satisfaction to use my knowledge in technology to provide solutions. There's nothing more gratifying to see the relief on a client's face when we show them how we can make their jobs more enjoyable through implementing automation or even just a simple website.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I strongly felt that there were better ways to bridge the technology gap that most companies face in achieving their particular goals. I wanted to provide solutions for companies and businesses that would help their companies grow and become more efficient.
Why should our clients choose you?
We offer a personal touch and offer a wide-array of services. We work extremely well with other vendors and/or in-house teams on any size project. Our goal is to provide solutions for your specific use case. We do not offer cookie cutter solutions, or pigeon hole you into a particular technology if it's not a good fit.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We operate completely virtual, we gave up our office and allow all our employees to work from home or a shared office space.
