My husband and I started getting couple massages about a year ago, and they are fantastic every time! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a smile and guided to relaxation land! The small treats and selection of beverages that they offer while you wait for your services, just goes to show you how they will do everything to make your experience an unforgettable one! This spa is truly amazing. The staff led by Debbie go above and beyond to make sure that your experience at the spa is relaxing and very pleasant. The facility is very clean and the relaxation room is truly a one of a kind experience that you can only get at Woodhouse. It is evident that Debbie; the general manager has hired the best massage therapists as well as receiving staff. All of the employees there are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.  I've had massages from Melinda, Ericka, Julie, and Miguel. They all do an amazing job! They serve wine, hot tea or water. You can also have chocolate covered almonds or raisins plus dried fruit. You can also have lunch brought to you. The staff is very friendly and helpful. This is the place to go when you want to relax. Whether you want a wax or a deep tissue massage or a nice hot bath filled with hot oils, it will do the job. They hand you a robe and slippers and lead you to a resting room where you get to pamper yourself with nice cushioned chairs/lounge chairs where you also get fruit water and little snacks before they call you in for your appointment. My husband purchased a 50 minute hot stone massage for me for my birthday as we were moving to El Paso in September and he wanted me to have a special day since we'd just relocated across the globe from Hawaii and he knew I'd be feeling stressed in a new place. I am an Esthetician and Nail Technician & love to try new spas and was really looking forward to a luxury day in a brand new city. I booked my appointment online for 9/24 which was easy and efficient. My husband saw that the spa was running a Monday promotion that if you purchase a 50 minute massage, you'll get an extra 30 min free. He called the spa to request my upgrade as a surprise and even though the promotion was for the previous week, they were generous enough to honor the request which shows me that they truly care about quality of service and customer satisfaction. From the moment that I arrived at the spa until the moment that I left, everything was top notch. I was immediately greeted with a smile and given a tour of the spa which was breathtakingly beautiful. Woodhouse has all of the amenities from a lounge area with all of the necessities to get ready after your treatment to hot neck wraps and infused water or wine if you choose. They make you feel like you are their best client! I requested Melinda as my massage therapist as I had read reviews and she came highly recommended. She did a perfect job- one of the best massages I've ever received. She was kind, sweet and very professional. I would book with her again in a heartbeat!
