It was an amazing experience! Myself and two others went for a little pampering and we were not disappointed. The robes are so very soft! We had a private area for our party which was nice. We were welcomed with Chico and mimosas! So yummy! Our spa services were amazing! I had the spiced mud wrap with Vichy shower and oh what an experience! 100% recommend this service! Spa owners/management is absolutely horrible!! They screwed up (one of their workers) and gave me misinformation for a spa party I was hosting for my birthday. Although I was disappointed with the screw up I was perfectly willing to work through the issue and move forward. Unfortunately, these folks are not in the business of caring about what they tell the customer. They were rude, didn’t acknowledge the real issue, but rather tried to make me appear to be the bad person. I’ve never been treated so disrespectfully by a manager/owner (Walt) in my life!! They are so caring and helpful that they cancelled my reservation for my birthday two weeks before my celebration without a care. Shame on you Walt! You’re a horrible businessman. And just so he knows, me and my friends don’t deserve to be treated this way. And I’m telling everyone I know how horribly you conduct business. More...

This was my first time at a spa so I don’t have anything to compare it to. But the staff was very nice and the presentation of the whole place was beautiful. I got the organic discovery facial and it was fantastic, it was my first facial but I really enjoyed it. I did also get a pedicure, but I was pretty disappointed. I figured since it was more expensive than a typical pedicure that it would be just as good or hopefully even better. But, it wasn’t something that I would come back for. The atmosphere was very calming and relaxing. I will come back and recommend them for another facial, but would not recommend a pedicure here. More...

I was so disappointed when Red Door closed since I had a couple unused gift cards for them. I always went to Fairfax for my massage. Wasn’t sure what to expect with Woodhouse as I’ve never heard of them before. This place was awesome! Just as luxurious as the Red Door. Dressing area with my Name plate for my soft robe and a nice seating area (also with my name plate) added to the experience. Have strawberry-pineapple infused water while you wait to be called. Jus had another great massage. Had the harvest glow and it smells like gingerbread. it smells amazing. The Masseuse did a fantastic job. Worked all the areas that were trouble some. Felling soo much better. Any one on the fence about tring this place. Its a must try place. Best service ever. They have thought of everything. Soft comfy robes.
