Stumbled into this hidden gem by accident and I can honestly say it was one of the BEST experiences I've ever had at a restaurant. From the outside you would never guess the beauty that lies within. Not only is the atmosphere wonderful but the service was exceptional. Our server Robert, greeted us at the door and took great care of us throughout our meal. We had a delicious bottle of Chardonnay, the cheese board, the crispy pork polenta, and for our entree we split the duck breast. ALL AMAZING! My wife and I just returned from this restaurant; we were with a party of 6.  I have to say this: that was, all told, the best DINING experience I have had in Delray.  It actually to my mind tops Tramonti, Cut, and all the other places on the Avenue.  It reminds me of Jimmy's back when Jimmy's first opened--the same exceptional food but much more self-assured and professional.  The restaurant is wayyyyy off the beaten path, on Congress nearly in Boca, but it's more than worth it.  From the opening salad to the duck, it was extraordinary.  The staff is mature, friendly, and sophisticated.  Jessica, the owner, is a doll.  And the place is gorgeous.  We already decided that the next time we go out, that's where we're going.  A really great restaurant. Wow! What can I say! We were looking for a new dining experience and my wife found this place doing a Google search. The reviews were fabulous so we decided to give it a try. Made a 7:00 reservation. We were the first and only customers. Uh-oh, did we make a mistake? This place was gorgeous! Is the food terrible? Well it was one of the most pleasurable dining experiences we ever had. 5-Star from start to finish. The staff, Henry and Robert treated us like we were family. They had a special on 2 for 1 wine (glass), and apps. The owner Jessica came out and introduced herself and we became instant friends. We loved it so much, we booked again for next week for my wife's birthday. If your looking for a more upscale dining experience similar in pricing to an Abe&Louies or Capital Grille but in a cozier atmosphere, the give the Winemakers Table a try. You won't be disappointed! A great place for a special occasion.  This is a small, intimate place tucked into what looks like an office park.  Don't let that fool you.  We had a great dinner starting with the pork belly lettuce wraps.  I could have made a meal of just those.  My wife had the bone-in pork rib chop which was seasoned and cooked perfectly.  I had the duck breast which was equally done to perfection.  We were too full for dessert but what we saw was very enticing. Just had a wonderful birthday dinner at the Winemakers Table in Delray- my duck crepes and Cobb salad were delicious! We also had very tasty cheese plate (with a unique cherry laced cheese), mushroom bruschetta and hazelnut bread pudding. Everything is made in house and it truly shows! Hidden gem of a restaurant in a strip mall. The fish and the steaks are cooked to perfection.  What makes this restaurant even better is the wait staff who are pros and not high schoolers doing some part time work.   The decor makes you feel like you're in an exotic foreign port  of call.  Very comfortable. Simply fabulous experience. Everyone was delightful. The owner is lovely and gracious. We had such a super time with the Sommelier. He chose wines for us and educated us! What was surprising there were wines for any budget so if you want to engage him on his knowledge it just is a fun plus. The octopus was some of the best i have had. Special hidden gem.  My wife and I just went for the first time and had a fantastic dinner.  Wild boar chop and salmon entrees were great along with the bibb salad and salmon tartar apps.  Apparently the menu changes every few weeks which is always fun.  Service was great and they gave us complimentary dessert wine with our chocolate cake.  Def worth a try for a date night.  Don't let the location fool you. My husband and I went here for date night and were so pleasantly surprised that this restaurant is so close to our home! The owner Jessica was so gracious and stopped by our table to talk. She showed a genuine interest in her guests and wanted to make sure everything was perfect. Our waiter was very passionate about describing the menu and even brought us a special treat- dessert wine on the house. The entrees of wild boar and salmon were delicious and it was apparent the chef had meticulously prepared each. We can't wait to go back and try their next menu- it changes frequently! Many years ago there was an amazing restaurant in Boca called Coppolla. The food was amazing and the head waiter/ sommelier, Fernando made every guest feel at home. I was so pleasantly surprised to see the Fernando is now the head waiter at winemakers table. Not only is the food amazing, but the restaurant is beautiful and Fernando makes everyone feel special and welcomed. Off the beaten path but well worth the trip. Highly recommended More...

Small but very beautiful and well run restaurant. Great for date night. Owners are GREAT and active. Menu is not huge but full of variety. Of course, they have great wine and relatively good prices. What a wonderful surprise. We dined here last Saturday night. We decided to go a bit early for a drink first and were welcomed with open arms. We were the only people there and it felt like every person working there came over to speak to us and welcome us. By far the friendliest restaurant we have been to in the area. Tom and Michelle both greeted us and made us feel like they were so happy to have us join them tonight.We were there at 6:30 and we were the only ones there but by 7 the place was packed. My wife ordered the surf and turf and I had veal marsala. Both were excellent and the service was over the top. The atmosphere kind of old european.  We had desert -- chocolate lava cake and coconut cake and both were great. If this is not the best restaurant in the area it is certainly among them. I am a native New Yorker with an eclectic palate briefly down in Boca on vacation, and I must say, this is one of my new favorite restaurants. Absolutely incredible dishes!! Had the pleasure to taste three different plates while dining here, and could not believe how unique and mouthwatering each selection was!! Dined here for the first time on Valentine's Day. This is a very lovely restaurant, especially to celebrate a special occasion or entertain on an expense account. Food is reasonably priced for the quality and everything we ate was delicious.  My only issue was with the wine. Yes, they have an extensive list including many wonderful winemakers and older vintages. But there isn't a single value wine on the pages long wine menu. $15 bottles are marked up 5 times, unlike the typical 2 to 3 times, which we usually see. Wines by the glass prices are outrageous. You will pay more than the cost of an entire bottle for a glass if drinking from the by the glass menu. Stand out of the night was the coconut cake. Best we've ever had. So my hubby and I came here for Happy Hour (5:00-7:00, weekdays, I think) and were pleasantly surprised to find wonderful French provincial ambiance with its antique looking candelabras, gilded paintings, a quaint seating area in the front and high ceilings throughput the small space.  The word transformation comes to mind; don't let the nondescript parking lot and restaurant facade deter you, once inside you have arrived.  Just take in the scene while you take some time to read the vast wine offerings.  After a nice class of cabernet we decided to return for dinner after a few days.  The meal: we started off with a Caesar salad which was large enough to share.  Our very attentive waiter was more than happy to split it up for us. Excellent salad!  Next up we ordered the rack of lamb and the crispy duck.  Hubby and I split everything we ate and we both agreed the lamb was perfectly cooked and tasty whereas the duck lacked crispness and flavour altogether.  We did manage to finish both mains but skipped dessert.
