The owner and her niece are so helpful! We have been shopping there for at least 3-4 years. It had been a while before we came back and she remembered that I just had a little girl. Any question I have ever had, they knew the answer and it's not just some "google answer" They are a wealth of information and they give it freely. For the comments about rudeness, I have never experienced that. If you are looking for someone who is bubbly and overly friendly, that's not them. They are pleasant, professional and kind but straight to the point because they are sooooo busy. I am so thankful for The Herb Garden! More...

I went to this herb shop yesterday to look around, and I was impressed by the high level of personal customer service.
