I took friends from out of state to Washington Brewing for a late supper. It was my first time there too and I hoped I had made a good choice. I needn't have been concerned. Absolutely loved the food, service, staff. Next door I enjoyed a wine slush, so good. Same owner/building has winery, brewery. The restaurant is large with a bar you can sit at. Everything is very clean. Anything on the menu is good. The room is large with table seating. It was noisy inside because of room size an seating set up. The food is enjoyable. Very much enjoyed our first visit here! The menu was outstanding, the food tasted great, lovely beer and the prices made us quite happy! The atmosphere of the restaurant was lacking charm, but sitting at the bar was nice and we enjoyed the conversation of one of the co-owner. Very friendly, great beer, wonderful food. Great stop. Much needed and much welcomed in Washington. These guys are filling a void and by all accounts, filling it well right out of the gate. Impressive brewing operation that led to a couple of really good beers. The double IPA was fantastic and the brown ale was very good as well. I enjoyed the cold pressed coffee infused version. The gourmet pizzas were out of this world. Our group had buffalo chicken, balsamic veggie, and prosciutto and spinach. Ample room in the dining room, though the lighting is a bit harsh and it can get really loud in there.
