I have been apart of this gym for 2 years and what makes this gym so different from others is the fact that they treat you as if you were family.
Andy and charity ALWAYS put you first, and They always strive to make you better as a person. I used to hate working out But Andy and charity both gave me a reason to enjoy it and make it worth my time.
They make a great team and anyone that is apart of there gym could agree.
It is worth it to join !!!!!

HIIT Bootcamps
Our Bootcamps are 30-35 min start to finish that are structured in a high paced, high resistance setting to drive the body to fatigue within your limits. We want you to go to “failure” in order to get your metabolism burning and lean muscle pumping. We incorporate a vast variety of different workout formats and exercises so you NEVER do the same routine twice!
Strength Training
Our Strength Program is divided up into 3 “seasons”: Bulk, Cut, and Maintain. These sessions are 45 min-1 hour and will be specifically targeting muscle groups structured in a weight-training format. We continue to incorporate different routines to ALWAYS give you something different and new to do!
Personal Training
Personal Training MEANS personal! All workouts will be specifically tailored to you, your body, and your proficiency. YOU give us the breakdown of what YOU want and how YOU want it. YOUR goals, YOUR way!
