Absolutely delicious! The waffles are out of this world, crispy outside with huge crunchy sugar chunks! My husband got the European and the combo of Nutella and bananas and strawberries was sweet and creamy and comforting. I normally start with "can't speak for authenticity" but I just came back from visiting Belgium and I had plain Liege Waffles at least twice a day because I could so I won't say that this time. Summary: These waffles are tasty and of course the multiple topping options just make them tastier, but if you are expecting true Liege Waffles, you'll be very disappointed. More of a cross between a Belgian Waffle and a Liege Waffle. Workers were nice but ordered to go so can't speak about the service.More detailed review: My husband and I recently got back from visiting Belgium and were excited to hear that there was a place here that sold Liege Waffles so we definitely had to try it out. We ordered the Classic which is a simple "Liege Waffle" which comes with some powdered sugar as is the custom. I was torn with how many stars to give it because the waffles were good but they weren't Liege Waffles. They were more like a cross between the Belgium waffle and the Liege Waffle. They were closer to the fluffiness of a Belgian waffle as opposed to the crispiness of its counterpart, the sweetness level was between a Belgian waffle (it's plain and has no sweetness) and a Liege waffle (it's a sweet pastry on its own), and I'm not sure where the cinnamon came in because neither ever had any in Belgium that I could tell. It could be that the owners purposely made it this way so that adding fruits and sauces wouldn't make it overly sweet and instead something people could enjoy more often without as much guilt so that makes perfect sense but I'm docking a star for the false advertising. They could say these were inspired by the Belgium style Belgium and Liege Waffles but saying that these are the Belgian style Liege Waffles is improperly educating people More...

I’ll admit, the Waffle Lab here in Fort Collins is pretty good! I came in today, while it was super busy, but was still able to reserve a table in about 10-15 minutes. The menu was exceptional & prices we’re reasonable. I ordered the Pumpkin Pie Waffle- & it was fantastic- certainly filling. I started going to the waffle lab when it was a food truck. It's been amazing watching the business grow! This place has changed my life!
