Excellent staff! Always there and offering to step out from behind the counter to help with whatever I need. Since moving to this area a year ago I've needed to pop into this location about a dozen times to do scanning, faxing and mailing packages. Every single time I was impressed with how friendly and helpful every single person there is. They are busy (because they're great!) but nobody ever has to wait long. I'm so glad this UPS Store opened in my neighborhood! Convenient hours before and after work and on Saturdays. Brand new, super clean. Two computers to use and print from. They have lots of services like pack and ship, Amazon return drop off, printing business cards, posters, banners and even have graphic design services. My neighbor said the graphic design services are top notch and he uses them often. Passport photos, notary, and shredding, too. Â They also sell super cute greeting cards which I buy often. Â Oh, and boxes of all sizes, packing tape, tubes, envelopes and office supplies. Bob and Marci are so friendly, and a welcome addition to West Loop Gate! More...

I love the Bloomington UPS Store. It's staffed by wonderful people. And every time I go in there, they take care of my needs quickly and efficiently. I've been their customer for 6 years now; received packages there, bought tape there, shipped items from there...I have dealt with nearly every single staff member who has been employed there throughout the past 6 years; never have had any reason to complain about how any staff member has ever treated me. Of course, I've never asked any staff member to do something against company rules, either. Which is the basis for all the negative reviews I see here -- asking staff to do things that are impossible and expecting them to comply without saying "no." And fwiw, the word "no" is not an act of rudeness; to someone who feels entitled to bend reality to their wishes, hearing the word "no" must be a terrible thing. So imho, "The UPS Store" location in Bloomington is great. And it's staffed by wonderful people -- people who do their jobs very well! Highly recommend. More...

I did not have the original packaging for an Projector Screen that I was returning to an Amazon retailer. I thought I was going to have to take a loss or sell it on Facebook Marketplace / Craigslist, but Bob at UPS was able to help me package the screen and return. Greatly appreciated! This is a great UPS location next to some of my favorite spots. This strip mall has UPS, great tacos, a fabulous liquor store, and a jersey mikes. .. I usually stop here a few times a week because I can kill two birds with one stone. Fast service at this location and they hold my packages that are too risky to leave on my doorstep. If you ship USPS from here you can't get a receipt and it usually ships a day later than normal... not their fault because UPS isn't USPS. Just an FYI in the Amazon age where anything greater than 2 days is unacceptable! More...

New ownership has done this place well! Having moved here recently I remember being shocked at how poorly this place was rated before. I had only been one other time before today and when I walked in I could immediately tell something was different. First things first - the place smelled great and was SO clean! You can tell the new owners care about the presentation and cleanliness of their stores! Not only was the store great, but the staff was extremely friendly! Pamela, the owner, was so nice and even reimbursed me for something I had over payed for. Drove by and saw it said "we print" in the window. Pulled over and ran in with my little zip drive to have some brochures printed. Two-sided color trifold brochures. Â While at first I thought the price seemed a little high, I needed it done so I went for it. The store manager, I believe his name was Rodger, was extremely helpful in getting them printed - and folded also which was a BONUS! Â He had to play around with it a bit because one side was printing upside down, which had I tried to print myself I would not have known how to fix that. I came here after having a very bad experience at the store on Butterfield and I was treated in a manner that every customer should be treated. 1) Phone call to the location is picked up directly by an employee and not an automated phone tree maze like FedEx. Employee was able to advise on packaging material availability and approximate cost. This is a new UPS store in town... Kuddos to Paul and crew -- so well trainedl! They volunteered to help me get the boxes in the store, handled everything super quick, offered alternatives for shipping (price, time, etc) and got me out the door and on my way super fast -- with a smile and professionalism!! 5 STARS!!

This store was awesome! For being new, it's like they have been around for 20 years! The employees were so kind and helpful, and it truly felt as if I was being helped by genuine professionals. All the employees helped grab my stuff out of the car, and since I was shipping a lot, they split up and each worker entered some of my packages to make the process much quicker and easier. The store on Butterfield is good, but their customer service just isn't on the level of this store. Another aspect I just loved was how this store is family owned, and how Paul (The owner) loves to come to the front and meet all of his customers.
