Extremely nice staff. Helped me get my large packages from my car and figure out the best deals for shipping them. My only complaint is they did not tell me that if they pack the items they are mailing for you, the insurance you purchase would be more effective. While the staff is great at the store, my packages were roughly handled by the UPS business themselves. Boxes arrived open, torn apart and damaged/missing items. Very difficult time dealing with insurance claim. UPS corporate accepts claim but then sends decision to the store, dropping the responsibility of notifying customers. I love love love the UPS store. Been in love since I first used them about 5 years ago. Â Today's visit was to send something back to Amazon. Â Store was clean and cool. These are the types of stores that if a person has one bad experience, you will often see a scathing review. Â I'd like to provide my experience based on being a customer of the store for about a year and a half, after countless interactions with their staff. Â This is a small store staffed by a wonderful group of caring people. Seriously, it's like going to see my friends every time I have a pickup. Â They greet me by name when I walk in. If you're simply looking for the fastest, most automated packaging center in the land, this probably isn't it. Â But if you want to do business with an honest, friendly little home-town UPS store where the people are genuinely nice, I'd recommend it.
