Erica is always personable, knowledgeable and professional. We will definitely come back next year. I didn't think I'd be seeing Erica again so soon. I also found myself back at The Ultimate Tax Experience for my recently widowed Father, and I didn't know where to begin, Erica made things unbelievably smooth and easy on us with everything and I do mean everything, filing an extension, retrieving all my parents tax documents from the IRS which meant we didn't have to worry about trying to find docs and do things that my Mother normally did, and finally everything was done virtually, I didn't have to step foot in her office at all for any of this.
