Wonderful Staff. They took care of my two boys Smokee and Bandit. They have not been socialized with other dogs much so they had individual play time. Smokee was a little unsure. We watched them on the play camera. After a couple of days noticed Smokee was wagging his tail and very happy to see and play with the staff members. That made us know they were being taken care of. I love this place. We have used it several times for boarding and daycare. I've called last minute and they have been able to accommodate him. I've had to change days last minute and never a problem. This place is top notch!! We have not went out of town since we had our sweet Kerby, so we were a little anxious. My nerves were calmed with the "Live Cams" in the play areas. We love Michelle and Mark...Michelle gave our dog Pookie his very first grooming over 12 years ago and I wouldn't dream of ever trusting anyone else to groom or board my fur kids. Even though Pookie was a challenge to groom at first, she worked with him, correcting his behavior and he was perfect each time we picked him up...when we tell the dogs they are going to go see Michelle for a hair cut, they go crazy! Their ready to go before we are...they get kisses and hugs every time we visit. We also toured the lodge and it is state of the art. No expense was spared. It it obvious the safety and well being of the pets they board was number one on the list. Our boy Maxwell has a hard time at new places and doesn't relax and is very anxious however @The Ultimate Pet Lodge is a different story he is so happy and has such a good time. Marc and Michelle and staff are so good with him and really take great care of Maxwell. I took him in the other day for a bath and he got very happy to see them especially Marc cause of playing ball with him is their thing he ran up to Marc and was all happy to be there! Stella loves Mark, Michelle and all the staff. I get such a warm feeling there and I know she is getting the best love and attention she could get (other than me)! They make leaving your sweet dog for a few days a little easier. The Ultimate Pet Lodge is, hands down, amazing. It's beautiful and very clean and the staff are all amazing. I can't thank the owner enough though for being so flexible and caring.
I was traveling from Georgia and was kept over in a meeting that didn't allow me to leave GA until 545. This kennel closes for drop off at 6pm and I was 4 hours away. I called and the owner was so flexible and was willing to wait and allowed me to drop my baby off to him late as I had expressed to him that my purpose for being in the Greenville area wouldn't allow my dog and his being kenneled was imperative. His response was "I'll be here when you get here". We didn't reach the kennel until 10pm and he was just as welcoming as ever. He truly saved my trip and I can't thank him enough for all he did and for being so willing to work with me despite the inconvenience. My "Gauge" isn't a fan of kennels and is usually very ready to leave but I could tell he was well taken care of and loved during his short stay because when we picked him up he was all doggie smiles and was playing with the front staff!
Amazing place and again, thank you so much to the staff and owner for EVERYTHING. We cannot begin to thank you enough.

We wouldn't trust anyone else with our Sophie and Sam! Our babies always get special attention, and even though they're not especially social with the other pups, Mark and Michelle always make sure they're as happy as possible. Each time we pick them up, Mark gives us specifics about our babies, so we know that they pay attention to every aspect of their stay, and that they're well taken care of. Would not take my dog anywhere else. She treats her animals as if they are here. Like family. I never have an issue getting in or on the phone if I need something. A beautiful location inside and outside. They offer grooming and broading by the day r week. Even longer if needed, they will help anyone w your pets needs. Also the offer the most advance technology than other in this field, the pet owner can watch their pets during playtime w pass code. Owners and Staff are wonderful with my babies also.
