Love your food, personal, atmosphere but I am sad you stopped serving wine and beer. People loves to go out to eat and have beverage with meal. Could you serve Japanese wine and beer at least? We ate at the The Twisted Chopstick yesterday for dinner. The sushi was only so so. Not much flavor. Initially we thought we would come back and give it another try until we watched the server clean a table( or should I say not clean a table). They removed the dishes and then proceeded to take the black fabric table cloth flip it over and put it back on the table. The chairs were not wiped down either. We were appalled at the lack of cleanliness. Yes COVID is still out there but even without COVID would you want to eat off a table cloth that someone else just ate on? We won’t be going back. I have always enjoyed the fire ramen from here but recently they’ve up’d their game on to go packaging. They have the cutest bowls that sit inside another bowl to keep the broth separated until you get home. Can’t wait to order take out again! More...

We were a party of 5. With a reservation for 6:30. There were 2 other parties there of 2 and 4. We waited quite some time for our food. We were so into our conversation we honestly didn't notice. Another party of 2 came in. By the time we got our food, ate and finished our drinks chit chatting and paying our bill it was 8. Our waiter came to us and said "I hate to ask you to leave but we have another party waiting" A couple waiters came and started clearing off our table Like really?!?! The minute we pay our bill and give a 20% tip they want to rush us out. We were so shocked we didn't even know what to say. I have never been in that position in my life. Never again.
