I honestly cannot say enough positive things about Tutor Shack. The quality of the tutoring is exceptional, but as anyone with kids or who teaches knows, each kid learns in a different way. Josh and his team (shout-out to Ener) personalized their approach for my daughter. They took the time to figure out what she needed, which made it a pleasant all-around experience and, of course, helped her learn more easily. Josh and team are also good listeners--not only to students--but parents. Throughout the experience, they were supportive emotionally and academically. OUTSTANDING, student-focused ACT/SAT prep, well worth the investment. Josh Kutchai is incredibly knowledgeable regarding strategy and content, and also highly skilled at identifying individual strengths and areas needing more attention. Josh is a wonderful teacher and excellent in understanding and communicating with the individual student, and highly responsive to the student and parents. Our experience with Josh and his team at Tutor Shack was outstanding. From our first introductory phone call on, the team was responsive, professional, asked questions to understand our goals and provided strong recommendations based on their years of experience. They also provided ongoing communications and feedback throughout. Konstantine helped our high schooler to succeed and fully understand AP Physics this school year (2019-20). Even during the school shutdown and everyone in lockdown, the Tutor Shack had no problem going to online learning! My daughter took the AP Physics test this spring online (still in the pandemic), and received a grade she is very happy with! We are so thankful we found The Tutor Shack!
