I was recommended by another therapist, the trama academy send highly recommended and professional and I would not pay attention to the Cyber bullies telling you they did not help or follow through, it's up to us and those in recovery to show and price too ourselves and others that we've overcome and take the initiative and reach out in our time of need as well, closed mouths don't get feed and that's something to remember.
