Kevin was very patient and knowledgeable answering dozens of my questions I had to make sure I understood what was best for my brands trademarks. I've worked with other companies like Legal Zoom, and The Trademark Company. And neither of them made sure I was filing my trademarks under the right class for my business. Which would most likely lead to failed trademarks if I stayed with those companies.I'm happy I came across The Trademark Guy as he advised me on the best route to take for trademarking my stuff. I ended up saving a lot of money from wasteful trademark applications that would of got denied or that I didn't need. It's been on my to-do list for a couple of years to find a trademark attorney. Last night after almost paying over $1,000 to Legalzoom, something didn't feel right so I held off. This morning something told me to check Legalzoom's reviews and boy am I glad I did that. I feel like I dodged a bullet. I started searching for Trademark attorney's locally here in Los Angeles and stumbled upon Kevin!! Ended up on Yelp and saw all of the raving reviews!! Of course I immediately emailed Kevin and he got right back to me. I then called him and he was so thorough in explaining how everything worked. Not to mention, his rates are very reasonable. Within an hour in a half, forms were filled out (scanned/emailed) and payment was made via Paypal. He is really attentive and on top of his game!! Wow!! That's really nice to see and deal with. Also, when he talks to you, he isn't condescending.....he takes his time to explain if you don't understand something. When I first had interest in getting my design trademarked, I searched far and wide looking for the best deal for quality work (something y'all may have in common). Kevin (the trademark guy) was perfect from the start! Upon stumbling on his website, I called him and scheduled a meeting later that week. Without even guaranteeing me as a client, he took time out of his day to discuss the entire trademark process and gave me realistic advice on which steps I should take. It's been a couple years since that initial meeting, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. He is very easy to get into contact with and friendly with that matter.
