What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Masks are now optional for everyone at The Studio. Our classes allow for up to 7 students, plus the Instructor. Xformers are spaced 6+ feet apart and everyone is on their own equipment, so a healthy social distance is maintained at all times.
We also have hand sanitizer throughout our space for everyone’s use. Individual cubbies + coat hooks are located next to each machine and we use hospital-grade wipes for sanitizing equipment post-workout. Students are also welcome to do an additional equipment wipe-down before class. (Please arrive 5-10 mins early if this is something you’d like to do.) There is additional sanitizing of equipment and other high touch surfaces using our electrostatic sanitizing sprayer.

A full body, high-intensity workout that is low-impact (aka kind to your joints), High-Intensity Pilates covers all your daily cardio and strength training needs in under an hour. Slow movements with quick transitions, to build muscle, and leave you radiating endorphins.
Intro to High-Intensity Pilates
A PERFECT STARTING POINT
A slower-paced session focused on learning the exercises of our High-Intensity Pilates, Booty Build, and Arms + Abs classes. Perfect for anyone new to those classes, new to the reformer, or new to Pilates.
Pilates Flow
CONTEMPORARY + CONTROLLED
Pilates Flow is a mix of Classical + Contemporary moves for all experience levels. Flow from one exercise to the next for a medium-intensity full body session that will leave you stronger, longer + feeling well.
Foundations
GET DOWN W/ THE GROUNDWORK
Whether you’re a beginner or looking for a lower intensity session, Foundations is for you! Class is structured in a Classical way and transitions between exercises will be slower, w/ stretches interspersed. Foundations will leave your mind + body happy. Note: A sweat will still be broken.
Arms + Abs
UPPER BODY TONING
A full class focused on the muscles of the upper body. Also featuring short bursts of explosive movements to elevate your heart rate and fire things up. So yes, you may be asked to do a Pilates burpee.
Booty Build
POSTERIOR PERK-UP
Booty Build is a class dedicated to the derrière. A carefully crafted combination of pushing and pulling exercises to exhaust the muscles of your backside and perk up your posterior. Because girls (and boys) just wanna have buns.
Roll + Reform
DECOMPRESS SESH
Add an extra dose of stress relief and mind/body connection to your Pilates session with the Role Model Method®. Each class will focus on specific parts of the body, combining Yoga Tune Up® therapy balls for self-myofascial massage + targeted Xformer exercises. Good for anyone looking to release tension, improve range of motion, shorten recovery time post-workout, boost the immune system + support the parasympathetic nervous system. Balls will be provided, and are also available for purchase. You'll want to wear fitted clothes and bring a yoga mat.
