This is my church home and has been my home for 23 years. I love the Cornerstone community the Pastor and First Lady are first class and so welcoming and inviting until you feel like you’re family right from the start. I’ve seen some negative reviews and I certainly don’t understand their experience. I can say that the word is preached God‘s word is broken down and explained and Dr. McKissic is phenomenal . And he was very welcoming to my family when they came for the family reunion. He spends time speaking to new visitors who attend the meet and greet after service. . No church is perfect but Cornerstone is as close to perfection as I feel it could be. You can’t please everybody all the time but if you’re truly looking for the word and it to be broken down into a meaningful lesson then this is your church home. People are friendly there are multiple Sunday school classes that fit everyone’s needs and I think they do a phenomenal job of making everybody feel at home. Please come and visit this church and I believe you will never want to go Any other place to worship. They are highly community oriented And they work very hard at making you feel at home. I visited the Church for the second time 8/4 and Service was wonderful, powerful and anointed. Pastor McKissic is a old school Preacher and that's what I like. I love the Cornerstone church family! And specifically, I love leading the worship ministry. Unfortunately someone who has never worked at CBC or even been interviewed or extended a job offer has chosen to leave a completely false & negative comment. Please disregard it. If this person was truly hired by us, he would’ve been paid well & on time, just like all of our amazing employees are. Nevertheless, I pray God’s best blessings for that person and to anyone else reading this. I love the Stone, when I first visited the church I was greeted with a smile and hug and I went inside for the service,praise and worship was awesome, the message had me wanting more. Joined Sunday School that I really loved and we fellowship. There is lots of love here at the Stone. Pastor McKissic and Sis.Vera they are awesome great leadership and they promote growth within the church and they have great team of people that support the body of Christ.
