Elena not only did a great job removing all hair during my Brazilian, but she explained the waxes and what to expect, helped me feel comfortable, and was just super sweet. She took great care to handle ingrowns and was so thorough! My skin was crazy soft afterwards too. I was more than pleased with the process, the outcome, her professionalism and kindness, and even the soothing decor and relaxing music! Elena's service is impeccable.  I was in desperate need of an eyebrow touch up and she came through for me!  From the moment I met her, she was so welcoming and friendly and made me feel so comfortable.  I always get a little nervous when I go somewhere new but she never made me feel out of my comfort zone.  She was so gentle and I never felt any sting or pain while she worked on my brows, I was amazed!  I applaud her for considering the safety of her clients and staff as her COVID precautions are outstanding.  Her spa is clean, calm, and relaxing.  I highly recommend her for any spa services you may need!  Thank you, Elena! I have been a Spa Simply Skin for many, many years. Jennifer is the best massage therapist I have ever had. She is kind, caring, and thorough in her technique. She knows just what my body needs and not only checks in with me before the start of the session to ascertain the immediate issues but she also provides after-care suggestions. Elena provides the best facials. My skin is glowing after every treatment. Elena also uses expert technique with Brazilian waxing that makes the process nearly pain-free. The Spa Simply Skin always provides excellent customer service that is warm, friendly, and welcoming in a relaxing, peaceful environment. During the pandemic, this business has taken all the safety precautions for the virus including limiting the number of people in the suite and wearing masks at all times. More...

This is my happy place! I love that the staff are always keeping up with the best new thing. I see Melody and she's transformed my skin. Im 30 and my skin looks better than when I was in my earlier 20s. My skin has never looked better. Melody is seriously amazing and KNOWS her stuff. I love that she geeks out to skincare because then I get to receive all the benefits. Also her personality is so great she makes you feel so comfortable to be in her hands. I usually get a peel and she switches things up a lot incorporated in that service. I swear every service feels different in some ways because she's always doing something new, which I love and appreciate. I honestly just let her do her thing with whatever she thinks u should get done (because she knows my skin and knows her stuff) This last apt I got the nano needling done and I'm OBSESSED with it! What a lovely place to go for all your skincare needs. I booked a signature facial with Charlotte and she did spectacular.  What a hidden gem in Folsom, I feel like I should have known about this place years ago.  First and foremost, parking is EASY PEASY here.  Private lot, no traffic and easy to find.   Charlotte listened to all my requests and skincare needs. She asked appropriate questions, made me very comfortable and relaxed and made my skin feel amazing afterwards. I would definitely go back to her again. The space is very calming with lots of ample space for sitting, a zen-like atmosphere with very therapeutic music playing.  There is yummy snacks, tea and water available before and after your appointment. The owner, Elena is also fabulous. My girlfriends have been going to Elena for years and trust all their skincare needs with her. I cannot wait to come back soon.
