I've been doing Stacy's small group (wonderful) yoga class as an adjunct therapy to my year- long bout with bursitis and leg pain w inflammation, and it has made me certainly more flexible and mobile. However after my first LYMPHATIC/MYO FACIA MASSAGE I was greatly improved and about 80+% pain free and with the second massage I FELT 10 YEARS YOUNGER AND AM COASTING AT ABOUT 90% PAIN FREE.! (That sounds dramatic, but it surprised and delighted me.) I expect to need a repeat every week to 10 days for a short while, but can see a life ahead without chronic pain!! Believe me, Stacy has probably not had a more skeptical client than me about the probablility that massage could have any curative or lasting effect. And, I think most massages would not have done so.. Hers is special, very thorough and personalized. When I can testify to this success after 4 weeks, I'm going to take her business cards to every health practitioner I've seen for this problem and hope they will start referring their clients whom they (admittedly) cannot help.
