After a Friday evening taco dinner here, which was great, we tried a full BBQ sampler today.....brisket, pulled pork, chicken, half rack ribs. .....I am in awe of these meats....all of them were great, but for me the brisket was the best I have ever eaten, anywhere, and the ribs had a slap your granny kick to them that was awesome.
