Being a vegan is tough in Fresno, but The Smokin' Burrito was kind enough to make me some veggie tacos! They were so good plus their pineapple salsa and their mango salsa are to die for! On top of the great food, the employees are so sweet! Definitely recommend More...

The Smoken Burrito was our first choice to cater our wedding reception and we're not sorry we chose them. Although we had never been there they had so many good reviews we thought we'd give them a shot. They did have a few bad reviews as well so we knew it was a bit of a gamble because we didn't have time to do a taste testing, but we soon found out that those reviews couldn't have been further from the truth. Their food was amazing!A few people told us not to care if the food was bad because its wedding food and it wasn't suppose to be good, but that didn't sit well with me. So much of our lives consists of fellowshipping with good friends and family over food. Food is important and it meant a lot to us to have our guests enjoy it. We were shooting for good at best but this establishment went far beyond that with more than just food. Firstly, their communication was excellent; I can't tell you how frustrating bad communication can be if you've never experienced it yourselves. Next, the prices were a steal, I would expected to pay way for the quality of the food but it was amazingly affordable. We rented a coffee maker/dispenser and they brought coffee, cups, and other stuff just incase we forgot... who does that? Our original venue for the ceremony got flooded and we had to make a few last minute changes in the time schedule and location, they were completely fine with it and they were extremely flexible with everything. In fact, they came with extra supplies for anything we might have needed and forgot because they know how chaotic weddings can be, and I'll tell you our was CHAOTIC. They were so helpful and they went above and beyond what they really needed to to ensure that we had an amazing wedding reception. They even provided extra vegetarian meals because we weren't completely sure how many of our guests were vegetarian and/or had food allergies to meat/gluten.Our minds were blown by their kindness and consideration, we really can't fully express how thankful we are that we chose this place and they were able to do it. I would recommend this place to anyone and so would our 70 guests because everyone raved about the food and service. They even put food aside for us because we left at the beginning of the reception for about an hour for photography and they didn't want us to come back and all the food be gone. After visiting a local brewery, I was finally able to try The Smokin Burrito.Their menu consists of a variety of options from tacos, burritos, loaded nachos, loaded fries and chicken options. On this occasion, I tried the McDaddy Burrito and the Cali burrito. The McDaddy burrito was a HUGE burrito filled with the yummiest of things. It had barbecued, yummy smoky meat with lots of cheesy mac and cheese. The meat tasted so fresh and flavorful and the mac and cheese made the burrito even better. It was topped with a spicy sauce which was just perfect. It wasn't too overwhelming spicy, it was just right. The other burrito, the Cali burrito, was just as yummy but it includes French fries inside. It really wasn't the typical burrito specially when it came to flavor. Your usual burrito has meat which usually just blends in, but the smokey flavor of this one was just so different. Prices were very very reasonable for the amount of food that is given. As far as service, service was excellent at the food truck. The girls who were serving were very attentive. Overall, I'm giving this place five stars since everything was so great. Aaron, D'Amber, and thier crew did a fantastic job catering our wedding. We did a little bit of searching for a caterer, but when we met them, Â we didn't have to search anywhere else. The price was great, and the food was better. My wife and I did not get to try any appetizers due to the fast moving pace before and after our ceremony, but almost every one of our guests went out of their way to praised them. The main course was outstanding. It's been over a week and some of our family and friends are still talking about how great the food was.I highly recommend The Smokin' Borrito as a caterer, and I Â will be actively looking for their food truck and get a taco every chance I get. I have visited this food truck 2 times. The 1st time at the home and garden show. Everything was on point friendly service and tasty food. I got an opportunity to eat their food again at Tioga brewery. This time was not as good. I ordered a Cali burrito my burrito was missing French fries, guac and sour cream. I went back to the truck to let them know my burrito was missing items and ended up getting a side of cold tasteless fries. But my burrito did have very good flavor. If there was one thing about the wedding that excited my fiancé (now husband) it would be our decision of going with The Smokin Burrito. We had one tasting with Aaron and D'Amber in their attic  and that was enough for us to know we need not to look for further catering businesses. Aaron and D'Amber are such great hosts and very humble people. I planned the whole wedding by myself and I make sure I meet every single vendors because I not only want to choose based on service and price, but a huge thing for me was to look for the people who care about their business with a passion and that is exactly what they brought to the table. Aaron was happy to meet our budget and at the same time deliver great quality of foods. Nothing was compromised. The wedding was a huge success and the food was a favorite among the wedding guests. D'Amber did such a wonderful job with the decor too! It fits in very nicely with the wedding. Overall The Smokin Burrito team did not disappoint at all! My questions and concerns were addressed in a timely and professional manner. My husband and I will definitely continue to support The Smokin Burrito! More...

Mmmmm....... For my 600th review, I chose The Smokin Burrito!!! It's 9am and I am thinking about their burritos for lunch. ..I typically find this food truck on Friday's near the water tower downtown (across from the courthouse). Out of ALL of the wonderful food trucks displayed on Fridays, I consistently come back to The Smokin' Burrito. You WILL wait a little bit for your food. Be patient. Anticipate at least 10 minutes. Go take a walk. Eat a chip. Mingle with the community. Read a book. Check your social media. Get your napkins. Call your mom. Just find a way to distract yourself in anticipation for what you're about to eat. I've ordered the catfish taco with mango salsa and it is so damn good. I could eat 42 of these. It's so good. A tad pricy and this is the ONLY reason I'm not ordering 42. I have no self control. But my FAVORITE is the mac daddy burrito. Is so big and just taste like everything you want it to taste like!!! It has big smoky chunks of tri tip, gooey cheesy noodles... it's glorious. Anticipate to wait and pay more than you typically do for food trucks, but this place makes it worth it!!! More...

I just recently came across TSB at the Old Town Flea Market. All my fellow vendors were raving about the nachos so of course I had to try them. Un-freaking-believable. Perfectly smoked pulled pork. Homemade chips. And a fresh slaw to balance all that delicious cheese & beans. My new favorite food truck & the owner is so friendly. My second visit he already had my order going for me. I sent my husband over to pick out something from the food trucks at Gazebo Gardens, last night. He came back with tri tip nachos and a burrito filled with mac & cheese, tri tip, beans and rice. After attending many a graduation party with the same fare, we decided to go with The Smokin Burrito for my son's party. Â The mac and cheese and grilled corn were a hit. In addition, they helped with set up and choosing the amount to purchase. I was worried about not having enough, and though they could have padded the sale by playing on that fear, they helped me to order the right amount. Yes--that's right-they were honest and told me I didn't need as much as I thought I did( and they were right!). Â Everyone raved about the food and I raved about the customer service. Absolutely wonderful! D'Amber and Aaron catered my daughter's wedding on Saturday. The food, linens, tableware, and service was excellent. The smoky salsa got especially rave reviews from guests. They were so easy to work with and everyone had a great time. They even set up the buffet decor to match our succulent/ burlap/ blackboard theme. I ordered The Smokin' Burrito for my son's first birthday last weekend. Â The food was amazing! Â We ordered traditional chicken tacos and the mac daddy tacos with refried beans and rice. Â They came and set everything up for us (drop set up, extra $10 per tray but well worth the money during a stressful party set up) and I really liked that they brought all the toppings separate so people could make their tacos exactly how they wanted. Â They were on time, professional and super friendly. Â I did order churros that didn't turn out very well, but before the owner even showed them to me she told me that they didn't turn out up to her standards and I would be refunded for them. Â They even brought a gift for my son. Â The owners are a husband and wife team and they are really nice. Â I would definitely recommend them and if I ever have another party catered I would definitely consider using them again. Amazing food and amazing people... I wanted something different and delicious for my wedding, something people would actually enjoy and not go away hungry. .. everyone loved the food!!!! I want to give The Smokin Burrito 5 starts for the outstanding job they did with our wedding last weekend! They were phenomenal in all areas, from the linens details for the tables to the amazing nacho bar we had late night! Working with this awesome husband and wife team really made our day extra special! Not to mention their food is amazing! I would absolutely recommend working with them for any upcoming event!
