Second visit same as the first - excellent! Over the two visits we’ve enjoyed the Cheese Curds, Southwestern Egg Rolls, and BBQ Chicken quesadillas - and they have all been delicious. The brisket, pulled pork, BBQ chicken, ribs, and chicken tenders have all been among the best we’ve had. We’ve also enjoyed the baked beans and mac & cheese. We tried The Shack tonight for the first time and it was delicious!! We opted to order after the dinner rush and got through on the first time! Family had a variety of dishes and everything was WONDERFUL! Only thing missing in the pics was the bacon burger bowl because our son couldn’t wait to eat it! I'd give this place 12 stars if I could ....wings and ribs are OUT of this WORLD delicious!! ONLY downside was I asked for a side of shack sauce to dip fries in and they forgot it. ...HOWEVER there was enough sauce at the bottom of the wings Togo package to dip in...so, I was able to love them even more! We mentioned (walk up) we tried going there a few days prior and called a bunch & my bf stopped over there..(at the time they said they would take down our number and call us when the kitchen wasn't busy....unfortunately no call back that night) BUT they ended up taking good care of us today and even delivered our food to the bar across the street while we watied! We ordered tonight and still received the food within 45 minutes which is great. We ordered a 10 piece wing with Shack sauce, Thic Chic, Mac and Cheese, and loaded Shack fries. Everything we had was great and there are about 15 more items on the menu we want to try so we will be back. Wanted to take a minute and give a shout out to The Shack BBQ! Just finished our dinner from there tonight, had a lil bit of everything. Brisket platter with beans, half slab of ribs with Shack fries, two orders of tenders (bbq, parm garlic, and mango habanero)for our boys. Also started with an order of firecracker cheese curds. Everything was incredible. Amazing flavor, great portion size! Such an awesome addition to our downtown area. They also know how to keep their customers happy, small mistake on our order and they went way overboard to make sure we were happy with everything. Lockport needed a place like this! Definitely would recommend here!! Wings - nice and big. We had the bbq rub and the bbq sauce; just what you would expect from wings. Pork - good. Nice and moist, very flavorful. Brisket - good. Nice and moist. Some of the best brisket since leaving Tennessee. Baked beans - best beans I've had since Nashville. Mac n cheese - average Onion rings - good, but they were on the cold side. Probably would be better if hot. Cheese curds - okay. Wish they had more breading and less sauce on them. Peanut butter pie - this is the true gem on the menu. The bbq sauce in general - really good. Probably the top 10 bbq sauces I've ever had. More...

A Lockport MUST! So glad to have these guys here in Lockport! We ordered first thing on opening day and the wings were great! Nice and crisyp and we ordered a variety of sauces and dry rubs! The Jamaican dry rub and the Firecracker wings were my favorite. I wish the mango habanero was a little spicier. I will mention that they had a bit of a snafu with our order. They were missing the Carolina Pork sandwhich and our Shack BBQ wings...BUT... We called and they apologized repeatedly and immediately offered to replace the items and deliver them to our house! When the food was delivered, they threw in some the bread pudding and the peach cobbler, both delicious, but that bread pudding is to die for!! With it being opening day they deserve some patients! I am sure it takes a little while to get into rhythm. I am glad to see they are busy and I hope despite the shut down during covid-19 that they can survive! We will DEFINITELY be back! More...
