I cannot say more positive things about Season Events and Catering! I just got married on October 5th (2019) in Rome, GA. I have known about Season for a few years now-multiple of my friends have used them for coordinating and catering . We have always loved the food and my friends have raved about the coordinating, and now it’s my turn! Nicole was our weekend wedding coordinator-she was very responsive and timely with all questions we had throughout the process, we never left a conversation with questions unanswered. She went above and beyond to make sure we had the perfect day-including all the small details! The day of the wedding was close to stress free for my family and I thanks to Nicole and her team, we had a couple of small unforeseeable mishaps but she made sure everything was taken care of with ease. Nicole made sure to lead us to our table to ensure that we ate at our own wedding, and when we ran out of a certain wine (our fault not hers) she and her staff gladly went to the store to get us more! Not only is Nicole very organized and experienced, but she is so sweet and fun to be around which makes the planning process way more enjoyable :) I highly recommend Nicole and all of the Seasons’ event coordinators! In terms of catering, we loved every bite of our wedding food! My now husband and I went to a tasting at Season a couple of months before the wedding to help finalize our menu, and let me tell you it is really hard to choose. We decided on a buffet dinner with a garden salad, rolls, the brisket (so so good), the double batter chicken tenders (YUM), mac n cheese (heavenly) and the squash casserole (also very good). We had MULTIPLE guests tell us during and the days after the wedding how good our food was. It always seemed like the chicken tenders were at the forefront of the conversation! We also used Seasons bartenders for the night, we had 3 bartenders for 170 guests to ensure we never had a line at the bar-and it was great! Long story short, we absolutely loved our wedding food! We really enjoyed the experience we had with The Season Events and Catering and we wouldn’t change a thing! Thank y’all so much! More...

The Season Events staff did an amazing job with our daughter and son-in-law's wedding. Holly and Nicole were so helpful in answering questions and guiding us before the wedding. Nicole had the wedding weekend planned out from the rehearsal to the send off. I didn't have to worry about the details and was able to enjoy the weekend. The food was delicious!! **FIVE STARS** Words just cannot express how much we appreciate all The Season Events has done for us! We hire them as our "weekend of" wedding coordinators and they were so much more! From the time we contracted them to the wedding day they went above and beyond for us. Holly and her team helped with my daughter’s wedding last weekend and did an OUTSTANDING job!! They are all extremely knowledgeable and professional. Holly had everything under control - even our nerves! Like it or not, they are a part of our family now. We originally planned to manage the organization and logistics of our wedding ourselves. We’re laughing as type this because that was such an ambitious thought. We had 7 months to plan a wedding and have each planned events for hundreds of people through our jobs, so we were naive enough to think we had it all under control. As we spoke with several vendors for our wedding, they kept asking us, "Are you using Season's Events?" After about the third time hearing this and months of “not planning” behind us, we started to wonder, "well, maybe we should check it out." So, we drove by the office one day, and as soon as we spoke with Nicole and Holly, we were convinced that they were perfect to help with our wedding. Looking back, it is easy to see that nearly every element of our wedding turned out better than it would have if we hadn't trusted Seasons Events. They helped us consider things we hadn't thought of yet, and certainly helped us avoid several logistical nightmares. Last minute requests? Check. Managing upset family members? DOUBLE CHECK. Nicole brilliantly orchestrated the perfect day, carefully and confidently answering our questions. An expert guide, she also asked us the right questions through the planning process that led us to putting together a ceremony and celebration that felt true to us. As we reflect on the warmth and excitement of the day, something that impressed us the most about the experience was how professionally Nicole and the rest of the Seasons team coordinated with our other vendors. We just knew it was all going to work. And it did. At no point did we have an experience where we felt like we needed to worry about anything other than having a wonderful day with our friends and family. The Season Events were amazing in helping my family and I plan our wedding. At the time of planning our wedding, my husband to be and I were living out of state and Nicole and Holly worked around our schedule to meet with us to go over details as well as respond promptly to questions and concerns I had via email. For someone who has that planner mentality, it was WORTH EVERY PENNY to have this amazing team to plan and coordinate our wedding. They made everything work like clockwork- from the rehearsal to the getaway at the end of the night. I was able to not worry about anything and just enjoy the day. Such a pleasant experience it was to work with The Season Events yesterday in a beautiful wedding! Holly of The Season Events and her team were SO EASY to work with. They were always friendly, professional, staying on top of the timeline and all details, always keeping us (the photographers) informed, taking care of the bride and groom during picture time to make sure they are hydrated (VERY important for summer weddings), ... ... I can go on and on... even down to the smallest thing like helping me to bring the veil back to another building, just so that the photographer didn't have to leave the reception hall so that I can continue to capture all the important moments!!!
