I started training with Linda two times a week around two months ago and I had no idea what to expect. I was nervous because I do have some self confidence issues but she has made me feel so strong and confident in such a short period of time. She truly cares about her clients on both a professional and personal level. I have a lot more that I want to accomplish fitness wise but because of her, I am slowly improving each session. She makes me want to be a better person inside and out and I can’t say enough good things about her so if you are looking for somewhere to train, I highly recommend doing so with The Sculpt Lab! My son started training with Linda since Sept. My son wanted to work on strength and agility. He is excited to go see Linda twice each week. She really pays attention and makes things fun. He already has improved his speed and is much more confident. I would recommend her for all ages. She really is a trainer who cares and wants to help people. If I could give her more then 5 stars I would !!! More...

I have been training with Linda since September and she is amazing! I never knew how much weight training would change my life until I gave it a shot and I’m already seeing positive changes! I train with Linda three times a week and she makes every session enjoyable. Her positive energy and drive to want to help people achieve their fitness goal is admirable. Linda is an amazing trainer! I started going to her three days a week in the fall for circuit training and I absolutely love it. She always pushes me and helps me reach my fitness goals. I already started to notice muscle definition and i’m so thankful for her!! Highly recommend going to The Sculpt Lab if you want that 1:1 personal training experience and if you want someone to motivate you along your fitness journey. I signed up with Linda at the sculpt lab about 2 weeks ago for online training and nutrition. linda has been extremely helpful with guiding me to reach my weight loss goal. she has created a personal diet plan for me as well as fitness training. linda is available to answer all my questions and is very helpful when it comes to finding ways to substitute certain foods for more healthier options. not only is Linda knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition, but she is a genuinely good person who cares about her clients.
