I always love BBQ. This restaurant/ Bar had some games on a you could tell the regulars were visiting as everyone knew each other. Good place to watch a game. We got the OG and Mother Clucker. I'd recommend getting an exhaust port from the smoker to rotate 360 and blow that smell around the neighborhood. We paid our first visit just a short time ago and everything was delish. The bacon bombs starter, I could eat 30-40 of those. The Smokehouse Mac and bougie Philly were tasty as well. I tried all of the non-spicy BBQ sauces they brought by, total of 6, and would recommend them all. Good selection of beer on tap and bottles and cans in the cooler too. We contacted The Saucy Swine when we were planning our son's rehearsal dinner. We live out of town and were looking for someplace that could deliver to our son's house. When I talked to Matt on the phone, I knew I hit the jackpot! He was so kind and accommodating. We ordered the BBQ Buffet and it was a hit! It was everything we needed and more for the 30 people we were feeding. The House Chips and Swine Dip were a perfect starter. Pulled Pork & Chicken, smokey and tender, Creole ColeSlaw had a great kick, Wisco 5 Cheese - best ever, Buttered Green Beans, fresh and bright. We can't wait to go back and try everything else on the menu! Thank you Matt and staff for your outstanding food and service! You made my crazy, busy, stressful day a relaxing, enjoyable evening! Used the handy dandy restaurants within current location Yelp feature for my first visit to the Saucy Swine. Driving down St. Francis Ave (which Google Maps pronounced "Street Francis" ha), I was wondering where Saucy Swine was even though it said I had arrived! It's its own business and IMHO could use its own outdoor signage- but it operates within Redbar.Only one person manning the bar but service was great and food was delivered rel. quickly! Order food at the bar. They do Que with a twist! Loved the Pork Belly Bahn Mi served on Texas Toast. Excellent. The BBQ Potato Salad was okay as a side. I look forward to trying the two kinds of Brussels Sprouts on the menu, with a Korean Kick or a la Mexican Street Corn Elotes style. The caddy of BBQ sauces is always appreciated! And those were good, as well. Craft beer offerings are great and they keep a full list (of cans) on their Untappd app. Their home in Redbar has a back patio, Brewers shuttle, and a weekend tiki bar (cash only), Friday and Saturday nights. If a place has a Cuban on the menu, I'm ordering it... theirs was one of the best I've ever had! The appetizer sampler was amazing, tried most of their 6 homemade sauces which all had incredible flavor. The pickles are crisp and fresh, and the service was quick and friendly. I have always had a great time at The Saucy Swine/Red Bar. The staff is kind to me and the service is efficient. In the last year, I have had 4 meals here. No complaints. The food baby sampler BBQ plate is my go to. Great assortment, yummy sides, even the sauces are delicious. Definitely something for everyone. In my most recent visit, I noticed all the tables and seating were brand new. It's clear they care about their customer fan base. I wonder if the low rated yelp review just caught them on a bad day? I can't image they would keep a person on staff that wasn't friendly and helpful. The only improvement I would love to see is more beer on tap or even delving into creating a handful of their own brews. Nice place! More...

Very disappointed. Called to place an order for pick-up, first time customers. Person who answered the phone sounded completely annoyed that he had to take my order. Got home with my food, only to find out none of the meat comes with BBQ sauce? You'd think that would have been mentioned at some point, or maybe the person taking the order would ask if we wanted any? Don't know that I'll be a return customer. More...
