The hotel is in a fabulous location, quiet yet lively, and easily accessible to shopping and restaurants by foot. Rooms are clean, and beautifully equipped. Staff is friendly, and eager to assist. The rooftop bar is delightful for a quick bite and a cocktail. The property is now under new management, and the current manager, Howard, is absolutely phenomenal. He truly goes out of his way for exceptional customer service. Our stay was memorable, because of his dedication to making this property truly spectacular. Excellent location, the view is somewhat obstruct by other buildings but is worth a visit, drinks are ok but I was expecting a better experience, will be back.

I stayed at the Vendue this past August, it was a very pleasant stay, the staff were always so helpful and warm, the atmosphere of the hotel said Charleston, if you have never been and want that old Charleston atmosphere this is the place to stay, the breakfast was delicious.
